I called to reserve seats for 2 for my Birthday lunch and reserve for set lunch. Receptionist said couldn't find my reservation but find the table for me. Quite disappointed. Stunning view and nice decorations. Good food and nice service standard. I like the place but would like to mentioned customer handling was soso staff just say sorry and ignore birthday part. I learned WA is ultra luxury for Hilton group so just say sorry is not ok for this luxury level. บรรยากาศดี อาหารอร่อย บริการดีตามมาตรฐาน5ดาว แต่การแก้รับมือและแก้ปัญหาให้ลูกค้ายังไม่ใช่ระดับultra luxuryตามlevelของรร.

รบกวนปรับปรุงโต๊ะนั่งกิน ที่ร้าน bull and bear ด้วย โดยเฉพาะโต๊ะตัวเล็ก ที่นั่งสองคน โต๊ะโยก ฐานไม่มั่นคง เผลอแค่เหยียบฐานขาโต๊ะนิดเดียว อาหารบนโต๊ะเกือบจะเทกระจาดลงมาจากโต๊ะหมด แล้วไอ้เหล็กที่ตกแต่งมุมโต๊ะ จะมีไว้ทำไม โต๊ะก็เล็ก จานอาหารก็ใหญ่ จนแทบไม่มีที่วางบนโต๊ะ สุดท้ายพยายามจัดสรรที่บนโต๊ะให้วางจานอาหารได้ จนเลื่อนแก้วไวน์ไปชนเหล็กที่มุมโต๊ะ ไวน์ในแก้วกระเด็นใส่เต็มเสื้อ ไม่เคยเจอร้าน fine dine ไหน ใช้โต๊ะแบบนี้ ห่วงแต่ความสวยงามไม่ได้คำนึงการใช้งานจริงๆ สร้างความลำบากให้คนมากินมากๆ Need to improve the reaturant table I have visited this resturant 3 times First and second sat on large table There was not problem Last night i came again but sat on the small table The table is too small You serve steak on large plate diameter nearly 30 cm why you design table is very small. It doesnot make sense Ok i know your returant have highly demand.you need to put more table as much as possible. The horrible thing more than the very small table ,!! the very small table you decorate table with steel plate at the table coner that make different horizontal level on the table surface I tried to manage area on the table to put everything on it Finally I moved my wine glass crash on the rim of your table decoration wine in the glass spilled out on my white shirt. I believe that my case is not the first case. You should fix this problem asap Hope my feed back will help other visitors will not meet the horrible experience like me
