I ordered pasta with egg and received a l raw egg without anything else. After waiting for around 40 mins (and many customers who came after me had been served) and I sent the egg back and asked for a new one. As, by now, it had sat at room temperature for the better part of an hour and was no longer safe to eat. When the pasta finally arrived with the “new” egg, it had only been further cooked, not replaced, causing me to get food poisoning. I also ordered ice cream toast, which came at the same time as the pasta. I asked them to serve it a bit later and to put it in the fridge for now. In my only instance of luck the entire time, I decided to check that the ice cream had actually been placed in the fridge. It had not. The cold ice cream had been left to melt on the counter and the goo had seeped into the toast. In conclusion, no attempt was made to make up for the awful service, and common sense was sorely lacking. We will not be coming back.
