Immer wieder gut, habe aber das Gefühl die Qualität des Essens und des Service hat seit dem letzten Besuch vor 2.5 Jahren ein wenig nachgelassen. (Das Trüffel Cordon Bleu hatte zwar viel Trüffel, diese hatten aber wenig Geschmack, die Rösti war ein wenig angebrannt aber trotzdem noch labrig anstatt knusprig) (wir mussten sehr lange auf die Aufnahme der Bestellung und das Essen warten, ausserdem kam alles zu verschiedenen Zeiten), Das Thai essen und die Vorspeise waren aber super.

Myself and my wife came to The Bistro as we were craving for a good steak. Super happy it didn't disappoint. But I am disappointed with myself for not ordering two steaks instead of one as I was not sure initially after going to other places in pattaya and was terribly disappointed. If you are looking for good food then head to the bistro. The service was just excellent too by waitress Ms Mind (pronounced Mai in Thai) Overall a 5/5.. Definitely coming again. Owner is incredibly nice and checked on us several times during the meal to make sure everything was good. French Onion Soup, Fondue, and Foie Gras in particular were brilliantly prepared. Can't wait to go back!
