Whole Foods Market

Whole Foods, where I get my important foods: fresh seafood, salads, fruit, cheese 🧀, and breads, especially, challah. Don’t get me started about their desserts! By the way, they do Amazon pickup and returns, just make sure you have the paperwork. Last trip I discovered chocolate brioche. Oh, my goodness! Yum! Don’t ever hesitate to buy their quiches and soft cheese with fig jam and nuts.

My favorite Whole Foods compared to Preston Rd, Plano location. *Staff always helpful, they will go the extra mile & OFFER to check stock in back! *Store is exceptionally clean & not always CROWDED. -1 🌟 Due to most of the bakery cakes do no not taste like their priced, dry or underwhelming (only the Easter Chantilly Cake impressed). But this store & Trader Joe's are whom I trust for an easy, friendly & clean shopping experience. 🛍

Great place to get meat and produce. Pleasant presentation of products. But we need to talk about your deli department. Getting deli meat here is quite a pain. The workers don't seem to like cutting fresh deli meat, and constantly point to where the meat has already been cut and is sitting there chilling in some other section. This would be fine if that meat were fresh, but often it has dried out, and in my most recent purchase, the ham I acquired only 2 days ago is already turning grey and smells funky. Whole Foods is slightly more expensive, but the promise is that the food is "better". I've seen better deli departments at Kroger and Tom Thumb. This is the only experience in the store that doesn't feel as premium as the rest.

So this was the first time that I was buying meat from them and it was a complete disappointment for me. I don’t know if it supposed to be like this but that ground beef was too dark inside and just a layer of fresh meat was covering it which fooled me as the whole parts are the same. I am not that kind of person to return products at all so I just decided to throw it away since I was not sure about its safety at all! This is not appropriate to fool customers in this way!
