Romano's Macaroni Grill

We had a great meal & top service from here. Bread is still soft with A crunchty crust perfect for dunking in oil. I had the Trio, w/ chicken parm, Alfredo, & lasagna. She had chicken Alfredo. We al so had spinach & artichoke dip for an app. That was tasty but the bread was over cooked so we just used the regular soft table (pics r my leftovers)

My husband and I usually have a great time here but the last time we went was atrocious. We took our son to celebrate an event he had and everything was great until we ordered. When our food came out, all three orders were completely wrong with wrong items. No biggie I'm a patient person so they took it all back. Came back a second time and still my mine and husband's food was missing extras we paid for. We were so hungry that at that point we just said it's fine. I wouldn't have posted this negative review however no one was batting an eyelash that it took them over an hour and twenty mins (was not busy at all) to get three pasta dishes correct. We had to ask them ourselves to remove the extras we paid for and didn't receive which is completely ridiculous after what we had just went through. And not even a sorry.

Beware: Macaroni Grill is now charging a $2.00 inflation fee. This is automatically added to your bill without being told about it first. To me, this is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that the cost of things are going up, which is why most if not all restaurants have raised their prices, but to charge an inflation fee on top of that is just bad business. I still have it 4 stars because everything else on our visit was satisfactory. Our sever was very attentive, the food was also good. The dining room was only half full if that so maybe people already got the memo.

Came in for dinner the other night with my family (wife and daughter). After we were brought to the table I went to the restroom where I overheard the host (older gentleman with a toothpick in his mouth) making extremely inappropriate intimate comments about my 14 year old daughter. I was/am at a loss for words. Needless to say I WON’T be back and I hope no one else experiences this at your establishment. The entire interaction with the host was extremely lacking in professionalism. Although I will say my server Lisa was exceptional and very sweet and somewhat made up for the unfavorable start.
