Horrible service / manager and staff very rude and disrespectful.
We ordered 3 ice creams at 7:30 for pick up and order said it would be ready by 8:15p
When we arrive the order was not even made then the rude manager told us that they were to busy to help us and we have to wait a Min of 20mins so they can serve the people in line first.
Said if we don’t like it then screw you and we dont want your money we will refund you.
Horrible service never ever a place to give your money go elsewhere

Outside of the older guy who was incredibly rude to everyone and had an attitude, this establishment has roaches! I saw 2 of them coming from up under where the ice cream was being stored. 😳 Absolutely disgusting. 🤢 I will NOT be back.

The owner is a VERY rude, unfriendly, grumpy old man. I just don’t get it, If you don’t want to be there; RETIRE, SELL YOUR business !! Do the community a favor and get your grumpy, grinch a** out of here. It’s not our fault you’re 60 and make ice cream for a living. At least be nice to people who are supporting YOUR buisness !!!

Great place. Nice staff and a huge selection of combinations you can try it. Really good place for when you feel like you could use some ice cream. My date once stood me up over here but luckily I had some ice cream to make the pain go away.

I went in there today.. November 1st 2021. The owner was rude. The portions was extremely Small. I would like to give 0 star. Because of the rudeness and small portion. Plus the lack of good customer service. The ice cream itself was no better or worse than any otherIce cream shop.

Ice-cream was not bad, but server guy was grumpy. Tried to ask for opinion on what the best combination was. Got a brisk "I don't eat ice-cream." Do better bro.

I took my girls and my mom out for ice cream as it was her birthday. Online it said they opened at 11 AM. On the door in multiple places it says they open at 11 AM. We got there a few minutes early and waited for them to open to get ice cream. They never opened. Even a half hour later the phones are still ringing and no one is answering. The Montrose/Fairlawn Coldstone will not be getting our business.

The ice cream was impeccable. One of the best ColdStone ice creams i have ever had. 5 stars for the ice cream. Why the 1 star you may ask? The staff. There were 3 younger ladies working the counter. I could have pulled a rock from the parking lot and got better customer service than the 3 young ladies working. I think all 3 of these ladies she be unemployed by tomorrow morning. I’ve never experienced such rude customer service before in my life. Im beyond glad as i was eating my ice cream, 12 people walked in after me.
