Hungry Howie's Pizza

Order online through their website which is not the most user friendly to begin with. Placed my order for delivery and the driver eventually called me confused about my address. We sorted it out and our order was delivered. Then got a call from the restaurant that told me I couldn’t order delivery from them again because I was outside their 2 mi radius.... 2 mi, really? Why even offer delivery then? Fine, I’ll just never order Hungry Howies again. If I was outside a radius, their website’t have let me check out and they need to take it up with corporate. Hate to be blunt about it, but the fact they called me about it after all is said and done to tell me specifically not to bother them again is really terrible customer service. But I can totally order pickup from them again... Sure, I’ll get right on that.

Pizza was delivered after 2 hours, when told delivery would be 40 minutes. Pizza was cold. Double pepperoni on one half was only single and the pineapple for one half was all over the whole pizza. Looked like it had been dropped. Want a refund, but have not been able to talk to a manager. I am put on hold when I call, and no one ever picks up after that.

I refuse to order pizza here again after this experience. I placed an order at 7:37pm to be ready in 30 minutes. Get there about 8:10ish to pick it up and was told “we just need a few more minutes.” So I went back out to my car to wait and went back in probably 10-15 minutes later and was told the same thing. Went back to my car to wait and went back in and was told “give us just 5 minutes for one of your pizzas.” Again, went back outside to wait and went in 7ish minutes later to stand and wait while they try to figure out what order is what. Needless to say we waited a half hour + (extra to the original 30 min) in the parking lot for one of our pizzas to be done (so who knows how long our cold-ish BBQ pizza and howie bread sat out waiting). I would completely understand if they were busy but instead from what I saw several people standing around talking with little to no motivation. I wanted to be out of there so badly that I decided to try and call on my drive home to speak to the manager.. when I called I was put on hold and then hung up on so I called again and asked to speak to the manager in which I was put on hold again waiting. Being so irritated I hung up and decided to just put a review here. Very frustrating and do will get pizza elsewhere moving forward.

Last night was the worse pizza I got from them. I didn't get the flavored crust, wasn't even asked about it. Barely a handful of pepperoni, the mushrooms were all clumped in the middle of the pizza, and the extra cheese seemed to only be on one half. Ordered a cookie to. It was under baked. I might have to find a new pizza place.

I ordered pizza, cheesy bread and 4 20 0z drinks, my drinks were not delivered. I called in right away and told them.at about.3:06 Sunday 11/8. The lady told me they would be brought to me when the driver returned l. 4:00 came, still no drinks i called back, the lady said he was on the way, well I still never got my drinks. I hope the right person sees this message. 👎

The pizza is decent for the price. However, the service stinks. It's 3:46p.m. on a Friday. The staff repeatedly answer the phones and act as if they can't hear. Then place you on a ridiculous hold for several minutes at a time before picking up then hanging up. I asked if they offer a military discount. The manager Dan from store location #874 was made aware of this and gives no remorse, empathy or apology. Then callously asks "Do you want to place your order for our pizza or not?" As if Military veterans and spouses don't have choices.
