Moe's Southwest Grill

What a great place to come and enjoy the best burritos, tacos, and wraps with all kinds of fixings! The staff is always friendly and welcoming! Shout out to Rose and Jacob, who greeted me with the warmest smiles and best customer service I have seen in a while. Overall it was a great place to chill out and grab some food!

I generally like Moe's, but wow, NOT this location in Alabaster, AL. Gross. The place was not clean. The meats all looked like yesterday's. The server was TOTALLY lacking in presence and personality. The tables had not been wiped. The bathroom was disgusting and not stocked. Will make me very hesitant to visit any Moe's again.

I’ve been to this Moe’s many times, but tonight it wasn’t a great experience. I got there about 7:45 pm, and there were a lot of people waiting near the front counter, I heard they ran out of chicken or something. It was a bit of a red flag to me, but I got in line anyway. I started off ordering a Joey steak, but then decided to get chicken instead. Unfortunately the foil didn’t get corrected, so when I got to check out, I got charged for the steak. I brought it to the attention of the check out person who then asked the line person what I had. The line person didn’t remember. They had started working a large take out order after mine. I pressed the issue a little more and then the checkout person told me that the steak costs the same as the chicken, so I shouldn’t worry about having the transaction corrected. I figured out later this is untrue as steak and carnitas have a different price than chicken. The food tasted good, but overall the experience felt poor.

2 words...Pineapple Salsa! Its not overly sweet like a dessert but it is sweet. It's a chilled salsa but very yummy. Had fresh ingredients in it and it was a prefect balance of all flavors in the salsa. I would love to be able to take THAT home! The bowl that I had was good but it did seem a little small (portion wise). I might have been thinking that it was gonna be a lot of food. Still, it did fill me up with the chips too! Staff was friendly and it was a great experience. Will be back for more salsa!
