Jack's

I normally love Jack's. And there are several in town I've been to. Always enjoyed the food and people. At this one, though, it felt like a different place altogether.Fries looked (and tasted) like they had been re-heated by redropping in the fry oil (or maybe the oil isn't changed often) . Sandwich looked like it had been through a hurricane. Meat was halfway out between the buns. The condiments were too heavily applied and had seeped out, covering the outside the bun. Drive through person didn't really talk other than to tell me a price. No "have a nice day" or anything. Didn't even make eye contact. I felt like a cog in a machine, and their facial expression said "be happy you at least get to leave the machine" .

This place will have 4 cars pulled up waiting for their order, the children that work there are very rude . They take way to long to push out 3 tenders and some fries which should already be ready, and their mac and cheese is literally play dough. Worst jack I have ever been to and I love jacks NOT THIS ONE.

First time ever trying this restaurant out while traveling. First impression of the place is it looked good, sadly thats where the high point was. Went to go use the bathroom and it stunk badly. Both stalls toilets had feces all over the seat. Told the person who we ordered from and she didnt seem to care and didnt relay it to any other employee. Sat down with our food and one order was wrong. Burgers were not terrible but not good either. The manager was sitting right next to our table and without a doubt had to have heard our conversation about the restroom but did nothing. This experience was enough to make me never try another jacks elsewhere.

Seems like they are run by children who don't care, I had multiple orders due to having a family of 4 and I was rushed Everytime I took a breath to get to the next order" that be all" "that be all" over and over. Man give me a chance to give my order, so you can hear it instead of get it wrong like you did because you were rushing me. Got a 2 pc order breast and leg. They rang me up for a thigh and leg I told him before he gave me the food, he said he'd get it, then handed me the wrong food like I wouldn't notice and drive off? Closed the window and looked at me like deer in the headlights. I had to keep asking to have my breast that I ordered them I was told an up charge. Ok whatever I still want what I ordered. I don't understand I all the confusion and rushing one meal didn't get order or received and a pie was missed and of course no sauces. SMH
