Burger King

What a shame that most once established places to eat were halfway decent as far as customer service goes. I walked in and was immediately spoken to like an 8yr old. A nicely said Sir, our indoor dining area is closed and I would have gone somewhere else which is exactly what I did, Whataburger received my business and will do so from now on. Thanks but no thanks BK, I will definitely have it my way just not here.

Went to Burger King location in Alabaster Alabama on Hwy. 119 and was greatly disappointed. Going into the restaurant after seeing a young man , who happened to be an employee, changing in the parking lot getting ready for work. Upon going in, myself and another young lady happened to wait about 15 minutes as employees walked by with no acknowledgement on we will be with you in a moment or can someone help you. Meanwhile an employee is walking around with a comb in his head which I felt was a sanitary issue being around food. Finally I left without being served to seek another restaurant.

Burger King really needs to do better the workers are rude. I ordered a number eight for my daughter. The lady have us the wrong drink than produced to get mad when I told that wasn’t the right one. She said “don’t be telling me how to do my job” than she rolled her eyes at us. My daughter’s chicken wasn’t cooked right.

My family and I went through the drive-thru. As my mother starts talking to the guy taking our order she says exactly "We have 2 orders, one with a coupon" Now everytime we've (I) gone to burger king and said that they reply with, "What's the code" Obviously he was not caring about how he talks or treats BURGER KINGS CUSTOMERS. My mom was waiting for him to engage in her order. He says rudely "Waiting on you ma'am" Just the fact that he was rude and didn't care we left. Burger King owner's needs to get better and nicer people working for them. For Christ sake pay your people what they are worth. Just fire that awful worker.

Not very friendly and that was the toughest chicken I've ever had. The biscuits were fresh & hot though. This visit was a little better. The tall, slim young man working was super nice & friendly. The burger was a little dry but warm, fries were fresh. My granddaughters chicken fries were horrible though. Dry, cold & old. The place could use a good cleaning.

This was. THE WORST MEAL I HAVE EVER GOTTEN FROM THIS BURGER KING!! I MEAN EVERYTHING WAS COLD MINE AND THE PERSON I WAS WITH. COLD NO HEAT EVEN ON THE FRIES.. ON TOP OF THAT WE BOTH GOT SICK TO OUR STOMACH AFTER WE LEFT. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH AWFUL FOOD FROM HERE. $20. WASTED I WAS IN SHOCK THAT THE SERVICE WAS BAD AND THE FOOD WAS NOT WORTH EATING
