Taco Bell

There is no competition. This is the worst taco bell. I ordered 2 bean burritors fresco and a veggie burrito fresco at the drive thru. They gave me chicken with cheese, bean with cheese, and cheese on cheese. Thankfully, they at least gave me the correct receipt. I stopped going to this place about 4 yrs ago due to issues every time I was there. It seems the passage of time and change in staff has not improved anything.

I went there at 12am, they were completely disorganized. The staff didn't know what cars to take the orders to. I double checked my order with the staff and was told multiple time that that was my order, but they got the order completely wrong. I should not have to get off of a stressful night shift and have to deal with this as well. It is a drive through. It is not supposed to be this complicated. I have also gone to the taco bell at midnights during the weekdays when it is supposed to be open until 1am and there is no one there. If those are not the proper hours, please change it on the website. This has happened multiple times.

I gave online order at 11:47 am the time is 12:16 pm they not gave my food yet. they don't do the orders on time. 6 people came after me, They are got their’s orders before me. When I ask how many minutes I have left my meal, he answers nervously. The employees are very rude and not smiling at all. I will never order food from this branch again. I will not mind my friends and family I know.

This business closes at 1am. We placed a mobile order around 12. We arrived at 12:20 and go through the drive thru to pick up our order. We are told “We can’t make anything in your order. We turn the grill off at 12 on weekdays.” ??????? Aren’t they open until 1am? He then told us they only keep the grill on until 1am on weekends…… I just don’t even get it. Why even bother staying open if you’re not going to have your menu items available. What a waste of time. The worker could not care any less ether. Losers.

This Taco Bell is such a pain to get a correct order from. Why bother offering substitutions of toppings if the employees are just going to make it the way they want it. I know it's just basic fast food, but I really don't like getting charged 70 cents to sub the meat if I am just going to get ground beef anyways. It's always hit or miss here. 70% of the time it's miss and 30% of the time it's hit. Also I asked one of the workers for a cup for the drink I paid for and they seemed like it was a big hassle. It's not a busy location AT ALL. Why is it so hard to get an order right?

Placed order at 12:09am and when I arrived to pick it up 15 minutes later, I was told by the impertinent and extremely unaccommodating employee that the grill was off and they wouldn’t make my order despite the fact that they do not close until 1:00. Must be a new policy because I’ve been there at this time on multiple other occasions. He seemed to really enjoy knowing that he wasted my time and even opened the drive thru window and gave me a cute wave as I left. Either update the app to reflect the current status of your grill or operate like any other place and don’t “turn it off” an hour before close.

I sent a message on the terrible contact form online. I pulled in over 30 minutes early before close to this Taco Bell and my order was missing! Seriously? You really gonna cheat during these high gas price times? I drove 5 miles because there was no food at my new place. Not only that, but my dumb app even erased the order number. But I still got charged so I have those info about email and phone and sent that on the form

Saturday June 18, 2022 I pulled into the drive-thru at approximately 1215am. I was greeted by a worker and then told that it would be an hour wait due to them having to cook the food. I then asked the employee what time they closed and she replied 1am. I'm unsure of why it would take them an hour to cook food. Furthermore, the fact that I was told they will close at 1am essentially meant there was no chance I'd be receiving any food from them. This location has been one of our go-to Taco Bell restaurants to order from. However, between this nonsense and the abysmal service at the North Greenbush Taco Bell, I'm going to take my business elsewhere.
