The subway employee when I first went in there was no one at the counter I had to ask for assistance which I guess at the moment the subway worker was having a conversation with the convenient store worker upon deciding what I wanted and ordering three foot long subs which I did have a coupon for coupons are great there but the employee there was very agitated like I was taking up his time because he had to miss out on the conversation he was holding with the convenience store worker and at the end of the day he did not hear me my sandwiches he literally pushed the sandwiches at me so I will not return back to that survey and keep in mind I know for sure he was not following the correct way to making the footlong subs

This is a great subway unlike other locations around here .. the lady work at the evening is great . I don’t know her name but she take her time and do the subs proper way. I was never impressed with a subway sandwich before. Keep it up guys .. I will be keep coming here

Awesome! The staff was super nice and actually fast moving, made my lunch break possible. They knew what they were doing but best of all EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND FRESH.
Every pan every dish every ounce of.food was prepped beautifully

We ordered online. We went to get our order at the requested time which was in 30 minutes. When we arrived our cookies were not ready. When we opened our order at home two of the sandwiches were on different bread than what we had ordered. This was not communicated to us when we picked up our order. Upon returning to the store we were told that they were out of the desired bread.

I work at a medical facility a couple of blocks away so we frequent this subway location often and now I am not sure WHY?
Every time I visit this subway I leave furious, not because the food is dissatisfying but because of the rudeness, impolite, unprofessional staff and management. Last weeks visit myself and another nurse went with a lunch order of 6 subs, she stood at the beginning of the line and told the sandwich artist which meats for which sub and I was waiting to tell the gentleman the veggies, condiments, etc. Before I could begin to tell him the MANAGER I do not know his name but he wore a black shirt and had a tag that said manager SO RUDELY said to me " Can you come down here and start paying for these subs" I was appalled that he spoke to me in that manner and also the fact that THERE WAS NO LINE. I REPEAT NO LINE!! So I moved over to the register and I said I was just going to help my coworker so she wasn't overwhelmed ordering all 6 subs by herself and he, THE MANAGER, replied " Well we need to get the process started." AGAIN SO RUDE. My coworker and myself left feeling extremely frustrated and uncomfortable. I forgot all about this incident until Yesterday 11/2/17 when I went back to the same subway #41494-0 for two subs for a coworker and myself and I encountered a female by the name of NAJEE who did not greet me kindly but instead said "what can I get you?" She had terrible communication skills and was RUDE AND IMPOLITE. She seemed distracted and did not make any type of eye contact with me.. she did not seem interested nor glad to have my business or anyone else's business. I said thank you after I paid for my subs she did not say your welcome or anything. AGAIN SHE WAS RUDE AND IMPOLITE. I don't know if that just the type of people this particular subway hires or if the gentleman who was apparently the MANAGER plays a part in their employees service towards customers. So before writing this message I called this subway and asked SO KINDLY if I could please speak to the manager and a female named ALEXIS told me he had just left the store and I asked for his name so I could call back when he was available and she said to me VERBATIM "Why do you need his name?" And I replied "I would like to speak to him about my service yesterday" and ALEXIS replied "okay well why do you need his name?" I then replied isn't it public knowledge? and she continued to say he was not in what is it regarding so I can leave him a message. I then said I would call back at another time. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!
