Burger King

I ordered plain cheeseburger and a large fry for my 7yr old. Got the bag and it was cold. I asked to have my order remade fresh. I received the bag back within 60 seconds and the bag was hot. I reached in and my hand got burned. The burger and fries were put in the microwave! My hand IS STILL red! What if I had just handed the entire bag to my son? This is so unacceptable!! I have made a call & left a message for the district manager. The people were extremely rude like I had nerve for being polite and asking for my order to be fixed. I'm not sure what happen to the crew that use to be there but these new faces are not it. I visit this location daily and it's a shame that ppl that are representing this location.

Sat in drive thru for 40 minutes finally get to the window and employees are yelling an screaming at each other manger is the center of all the mayhem so who do you complain to? That place needs a whole restaffing and inside looked filthy oh and employees throwing fries and ice at each other not at all clean

No change so they give me attitude and then tell me to have correct change. Money fell to ground thank God my bills didn't blow away while they continue to give early morning attitude with my kids in the car. Great hospitality, I dropped my kids off at school came right back drive threw person still had attitude then blame me I dropped the change, she was mad I had no small bills, continue to have attitude as she threw the receipt and change in my hand then tells me next time have correct change. Really!! Don't worry we will get our food else where, we were everyday customers right before 9am, sucks to be you early morning.

A very nice and clean atmosphere. Customer service was top notch for Burger King. The mens room was in great order,and you could tell that the tables and chairs in the dining area,had been given some attention. My order of food was prepared in a timely fashion and still hot when I was served. Needless to say,when I'm in the mood for eating breakfast out again,this Burger King will be one of the places I consider.

The stars in this are because the service is decent, but I really want to give it zero stars because I don't feel safe in the drive-thru at this location at night. The parking lot/drive-thru area is dark. There should be more light out there, especially with the random homeless and/or addict walking up to your driver's side window as you are waiting in the dark drive-thru line.

My family had a horrible experience at this Burger King located at 439 Central Avenue Albany, NY 12206 . I saved the receipt as well. The exact date and time was 2/28/2022 7:52:16 PM. The employee who gave horrible service dealt with is named Nicole. My family and I ordered $25.56 worth of food. My father gave Nicole at the register a $100.00 bill. He was supposed to get $72.40 back but he was shortchanged $10.00. When he confronted Nicole she pulled out a $10 bill that she kept hidden. This infuriates me because she was trying to steal from my family. You can even request to look at the video tape on that date/time. She strategically placed a $10 bill and thought my dad was not going to notice. He did and confronted her. I am very upset that this employee is trying to steal from a customer. It breaks my heart that someone who is employees tried to steal from customers. We work hard for our money and to have someone insult my father's intelligence is cruel. My father used to work in Accounting and is a math wiz. You're lucky that you didnt try to scam an off duty police officer. Actually, my father could of called the police because it is a crime. How would you like it if someone stole from your loved one? You are stealing from a customer and it is on tape. I urge any of you to contact corporate. I believe in God and I leave him to deal with this employee who thinks its ok to try and steal from customers.
