I visited this location yesterday. I ordered my normal Double with No Cheese, Large Fry & Large Sweet Tea. When I arrived at the window to pay I asked the cashier if the 🍟 we're hot? She immediately said we can drop you some fresh fries, just pull to the side and we will bring out your order. This entire process took approximately 5 minutes. When my food arrived everything was fresh and hot and the sweat tea was sweet. Great customer at this Wendy location yesterday.

I have never really felt led to leave a review somewhere but these people are so nice, helpful and friendly. The staff always makes sure we have what we need, the food is always hot and delicious. I’ve had to come to Albany 6 times in the past few weeks to visit someone and their food is awesome. I always stop by.

The hamburger was awesome as we did order the biggie bag. The fries were awesome however the chicken tenders were a little tough hard to eat. The drinks were not marked but we quickly figured out what they were not too great about the plastic cups. The customer service was friendly. Drive through was with a little slow but otherwise okay.

I was at the mic to order and waited 10mins before I could get my order. The the young Lady voice wasn’t pleasant. Drove to the first window to pay the cashier stated the lady who took your order didn’t want to take my order. I politely smiled drove to next window I saw the young lady looking guilty. But however I was greeted with a smile by the manager which made me forget about the 10min wait. It started out bad but ended great.

Worst Wendy's ever! I do not recommend anybody go here! Girl at the register acted like she didn't want to work, super rude and lazy. Food did not come as ordered and had to ask for additional cups with meals. The floors were slippery and greasy and Food quality was terrible. I honestly hope this place closes down.

Wendy's sandwich wasn't the best. The chicken sandwich was dry and hard. It didn't have tomatoes on it. The fries was close to cold. I will never go back.

Went to try the fries they keep advertising but they weren't salty & hot like I expected. Sandwich was okay. Friendly service.
