Worst experience with Krystal's by far!! I ordered my two year old Krystal burgers with cheese and just mayo with a small fry!! While I'm placing an order the person taking the order kept cutting me off and asking "IS THAT ALL?!" multiple times!! So it's no wonder I didn't get the fries for my two year old who loves them!! The incompetence, rudeness, and unprofessionalism is outstanding!! Quit cutting off the customer and actually listen to the order!!!! You will know when that's all!!

Arrived 1:15 P.M. lobby was open and empty. Truly amazing a fast food lobby was open. I ordered a sack full, fries and drinks. Excellent experience.

They added cheese to my 24 krystals when I said no cheese. They didn’t give me any ketchup. The picture shows him much Mayo is on my chicken krystal. Worse krystals I’ve ever had!

Out of jalapenos no sweet tea and we waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru to find this out! Not to mention they said it will take a while to cook that many. With that lovely sorry attitude, I'm positive this place will be out of business soon.

My krystal burgers were freshly made because they had a 15-20 minute wait time on burgers. The order taker was friendly and the only con, which was a positive was wait time. I truly enjoyed my food and was clearly satisfied with food quality and customer service on this particular day.
