Six Degrees Bar & Restaurant

We stayed at the hotel but ate out all around Albany. On the last night we decided to have dinner at the bar. I had the the grilled fish and chips. I had a small serving which was still large enough for an adult. The fish was cooked amazingly and came with a lot of fresh salad. My partner had the carbonara. She asked for it without bacon and this didn’t seem a problem. It was rich and full of flavour. Didn’t even notice the lack of bacon! They have good beers on tap for all different tastes. Staff were friendly. Define you good value and worth checking out.

By far the best place in Albany to eat Delicious food and delicious cocktails It was extremely busy so maybe book a table in advance if possible. Cool vibes (Melbourne-esk) pot plants and band posters around. Very friendly service and got our food quickly given how busy it was. Reasonable pricing too! Thank you!

We had 2 couples in 2 separate rooms from Saturday to Wednesday in some cold weather but unfortunately the air con units in both the rooms were not operating on heat, rather chilly at night! Complaints were made and the management did their best to resolve the problem to no avail. We were given a $50 voucher to spend at the establishment for the inconvenience and eventually, after some negotiation, were refunded 50% of our accommodation costs. Everything else was fine with clean rooms, friendly helpful staff and in a convenient location.

One of my favourite places to go. The mix of rustic and punk? It's amazing. The gigs and bands are always a treat. Prices are a little bit higher then other places but for a bloody good reason. Food is fricking amazing. Every single item on the menu is outstanding. drinks are interesting and great adventure if your brave. Come here all the time and so do alot of other people, drinking and laughing away I promise will have a great time at six degrees. One if the best restaurants in Albany!

We stayed at the hotel which was ok. Nothing flash but for the price it was to be expected. Ladies that work at reception were very friendly, professional & helpful. On our second night we went for dinner at the bar/restaurant. The atmosphere was awesome & the food absolutely delicious. Only 1 slight hic up when what appeared to be a bone was found in my son's piece of shark. We let management know so the kitchen staff knew & kept an eye out for any more. We were offered a replacement but it was not necessary as we really enjoyed our meals . Thanks to management & staff for making our visit an extremely wonderful experience. Highly recommend it to everyone.

This place was on its way to a 4 or 5 star review until I started tasting ammonia in the shark fillet in my fish and chips. I thought it may have just been one unlucky fillet so I switched to the second fillet and got ammonia from that one also. Couldn't finish my meal and left disappointed. The kitchen should check through their remaining shark and give it the sniff test because I'm sure more people will be ordering the fish and chips.
