I love this place! The food is so fresh and delicious it's mind-blowing! This is definitely a guilt-free all-you-can-eat place! The cool thing is that there's just enough different food to give you a great selection, but it's not so much that it's overwhelming. Plus, all the staff here are really nice, polite and attentive. I would give this place six stars if I could!

Actually a pretty good do it yourself salad bar. Super clean and very well stocked. They actually have two of those coke machines to customize your drink. They have one that flavors sparkling water so that was cool if you want to consume less sugar. Made some cool salads they have pasta too.

Souper Salad always has a wonderful selection of fresh salads and soups. It is inexpensive which is great for senior folks. Today the only thing to drink was water and the manager had to also work as a server. Overall the meal was good.

Most of the food was really good, the harvest soup was great. The restaurant wasn't spotless but it wasn't dirty either. My only complaints are that it took a long time for plates to be cleared from tables and the cottage cheese tasted like it had gone sour.

Everything on the salad bar was very fresh and delicious. There was a man watching the salad bar to ensure that everything was fresh and nothing ran out . They have green chili ranch dressing which I love. The Strawberry Shortcake was also delicious, but the puddings come from a can. The soups were delicious and they had baked potatoes and delicious muffins. Their taco meat was pretty awful and the tomatoes they had for the tacos and Frito pies were stewed tomatoes, I don't know why they wouldn't have fresh tomatoes at the Taco Bar in addition to the salad bar. But overall it was great.

Souper salad is always great. I always get big plates of salad on my first trip to the buffet, then I go back for a third. I love all the tons of toppings that you can choose from. The wait staff there know me as a regular, they give me 10% off every time, I don't even need to show my 10% off card. My friend that goes with me always gets the soup of the day on Tuesdays, he loves it so much. (Broccoli and cheddar, I think)

Soup was good. But, clam chowder on Friday is the worst soup of the kind.
They had mushy sweet potatoes instead of "baked" potatoes.
Overall, salad bar was clean and the service fine. I wish the room temperature was lowered a bit.

I have been there many times and as usual the salad bar was well stocked everything was fresh and delicious as always! The staff is always friendly. My only issue is it would be strongly recommended for the staff to check the restrooms more frequently, there's been times where I've gone and they were out of tissue paper , or paper towels , or someone left a mess not only on the toilet or in the toilet , or on the floors...

Staff works hard to keep your table cleared and drinks refilled.
Salad bar is clean and fresh. Soups and good.
I like that it is mostly adults eating there or at least during the day.
Good place to meet up with friends.

Good clean food. I went at 2pm on a Monday. Several customers, but not crowded. Some of the best pizza around in my opinion, though, sometimes one must wait for fresh pizza to come out. Affordable.
