Red Robin

Great environment for all ages in your family environment. Have great burgers and endless fries. Food delivery to table is always amazing. Only negative thing the numerous times our family have, been to the location at old Winrock mall location in Albuquerque New Mexico. The negative in it is parking very, very, very, and again very limited places to park when dining in restaurant. Our family has numerous elderly loved ones mother-in-law, my Mom, and my Dad like to eat out with family 2 to 3 times week. The walk to main doors was, up by the mall stores.

First eating there since Red Robin 1st came to ALBUQUERQUE. The food was AWESOME and I'm glad my friend and I went after shopping. The TURKEY BURGER was seasoned soooo good. The young lady that was our server made sure that our drinks were full and she made sure we didn't need anything. I LOVED it. STEVE the manager was very nice too. Bought Gift cards also. We will be going back.

The food is great. Love the fried pickles for appetizers, and the chicken wraps are delicious. They also have a BLT turkey croissant sandwich, which is fantastic if you are in the mood for something other than a hamburger. The servers are very nice and friendly. However, we did have to wait a long time to be seated and get refills on drinks. There is usually no parking near the restaurant. You more than likely have to park in the parking lot next to the main parking area for the restaurant. Which is not a big deal.

I made a timing error by an hour. LoL I felt so embarrassed but the manager brought us a snack and said that they were getting the order ready now. Very cool! What isn't, is the salads we ordered to go had very little lettuce base. When ordering in the restaurant you get a good base. Making a great salad is having a good ratio of toppings to lettuce. When it's mostly toppings the ratio is thrown off. I could see the bottom of the container. That's how little lettuce there was.

I haven't been to red robin In I think 5 years and I have heard really good things about there food and staff. Our server Lauren was really energetic and very welcoming. Especially for me and my wife coming in about an hour to closing time. Food was phenomenal. Energy in this place is really vibeful. Steven then general manager was really friendly and went out of his way to talk to us on his time. All in all this staff is awesome. And this location makes all the other ones put to shame.
