Everything I had here was excellent. 2 things stand out the most and that is the Turkish tea pot and the red pepper hummus. Wow. The ambience is like a forced traditional. Like it wasn’t really maintained. But at the crazy high prices I would expect to see maintained ceilings, WiFi and a trendier menu. Like seriously. It’s expensive. Food is good but it’s missing something

Excellent food, good portions, price was reasonable. Service was really good. We also loved the way inside was setup. Beautiful ambiance. They ran out of the desert that I wanted so can’t wait o go back and try it out. Only minor thing lamb wasn’t as tender as I expected. Lastly no WiFi. If I have to ask for a password to connect to WiFi that is a bit annoying. I prefer an open WiFi with a captive portal. Update: We went here again and I ordered the lamb kabob and the dish was around $17 and as you can see tons of rice and one tiny skewer or lamb meat. Although the meat was tender but really disappointed on a tiny single skewer. I have had similar dish in other restaurants and around the same prince or may be another coupe of dollars have gotten at least two skewers. Mint drink was good though and chicken salad. Not sure if I would go there again.

Best Mediterranean spot in the area so far! Untouchable customer service, food is as fresh as you’ll ever get, very welcoming staff too! Siham was our server and she is from Morocco and was super sweet and knowledgeable! Would certainly recommend this place!

The scoop. My wife has been here before and wanted to go for her birthday dinner. Pros 1- The food is good, really good. 2- The food is fresh and everything appears to be made with an attention to detail. 3- There was plenty of parking. 4- The decor was nice and gave an authentic feeling without being overbearing. 5- That stone oven they use. 6 - The cost was reasonable. Food enough for 4 people was $64 dollars plus tip. 7- Small kid friendly, but don’t go crazy. Cons 1- Getting to it across Alpharetta Hwy, gotta turn left from the suicide lane when traveling northbound. 2- The wait. Sometimes it is a PITA to get in and service is slow. In fairness the service in most authentic Mediterranean places isn’t blazing fast. It comes from them making everything fresh. 3- There was some kind of incense burning when we walked in that was overpowering. The long and the short. Yes you will wait for your food. It is really good. If you want quick and “ok” then Twisted Taco is right next door. The service was very friendly but I think they are understaffed.

We eat at numerous Mediterranean restaurants around Atlanta, but we have never experienced cuisine and serve like that at The Cedar Cafe. Wonderful fresh baked bread from the stone oven, Mediterranean Mint teas, samplers, salads and dessert. I was meeting with my daughter who I only see 2-3 hours, and at other restaurants have been rushed with the ticket, even when occupied by less than 25%. The Cedar Cafe staff read the cadence of our meeting and kept the water full and only occasionally asked if we wanted anything else. The owner was kind enough to detail all the dishes we were considering. And when he said the item was "good" it was great. When he said "great" it was to die for. Prices were fair for APH, everything I saw was clean to spotless. The staff was polite, prompt, and under sold. You can't go wrong here. Plenty for Vegans, Vegetarians and meat eaters. When you have time to sit and enjoy it go to The Cedar Cafe and sit at a sofa table, order anything of the menu, sit back, re relax, breath in the scents and enjoy...you will enjoy every bite.

Food was excellent and in sufficient quantity. The fantastic pita bread was so fresh we had to let it cool to eat it! Service was impeccable. We'll definitely be going back!
