Zaxby's

This location has done this several times now with the same staff. I ask for extra tongue torch on the kickin chicken and they barely put any on. Might help if the person taking your order could speak English and do away with the attitude at the drive thru. Not the type to write reviews but it’s been pretty bad. The one up north on 9 never does this but I live closer to this one

I like Zaxbys - they are affordable and fast. My food is always fresh, hot and delicious. It's clean, fresh and quite comfortable in 90 degree heat! I like the selection of sides and beverages - they have my fave zero sugar ginger ale. And I love their cole slaw and chicken together with delicious buttery Texas toast - yum. The staff are quick to take my order and it's always been correct. I come here regularly and am quick to recommend them to friends and family.

Quick service in very clean restaurant. Dined inside but could watch the very rapid service via drive thru. Obviously well managed. Each employee knew what their duties were and handled their chores efficiently. Kudos to all of the employees for their great service and their customer service. Quite impressive! I had the southwest salad and dressing. Generous portion of salad ingredients. Was not impressed with the salad dressing as it did not have the zing I expected. Otherwise, a very pleasant dining experience at Old Milton Pkwy location!
