Every Starbucks I go to I ordered a dopio espresso. The employees kindly add the cream and sugar. However to day at this particular location the young lady who was wearing the the black history shirt ( No name tag that was the only identifying factor)decided that was not anything she was able to accommodate.
Customer service sure has gone down hill.

Becoming very slow. Long waits to order. Barista can handle only one order at a time.

Today got 2 frapuccino and a grande cappuccino. Cappuccino was nothing but a hot water 😡 and thr was not even taste of coffee in it!! Had the worst coffee of my life!!! Very disappointed with Starbucks

Conveniently located inside Kroger so easy to get some coffee and shop. Service could be improved.

The bare-boned Starbucks experience. The location inside Kroger makes it easy to order a beverage before shopping for groceries. However, they close up shop at 8, which is much earlier than desired.

Horrible Service from the Baristas and manager both 3/3/13 evening, and 3/14/13 late afternoon...My 15 year old made a comment :What nice friendly service at the Winward location, and what an attitude from this location (10945 State Bridge Rd)....Will most definitely avoid this place, even though its on most of my route, and even though I am a Gold member...Horrible, Horrible Attitude..compared to over a couple dozen plus Starbucks across the country...They are a shame on the brand.

Drive through barista was very rude and not willing to answer questions. A good barista should warn you when something is nasty.
