Burger King

It’s sad that the service at Burger King is always so poor because I do enjoy their burgers but hate going because of the service that I always receive here. Went through the drive thru yesterday while it was pouring the rain only to have my order recorded twice incorrectly at the speaker with no cover so the inside of my truck got soaked, got to the window to be told my known working gift card was declined, had to pay with other card, worker then dropped my gift card on the ground by my truck, had to move my truck to be able to get out and pick it up. Then worst of all was told to pull around and had to wait 10 minutes to receive a simple Whopper and fries. I would go to Burger King much more often if the service was better.

I stopped by this Burger King on the way to work. I don't know if this is there normal opening time, but opening at 9 a.m. does put me off for other mornings. However my job had opened at 9 today... anyway, when I got there, I was informed that that location did not serve breakfast, which is okay, I just needed to eat... Lol. The lady that took my order was very pleasant, she had the proper PPE on to protect herself and myself from the virus. She took my payment, gave me my drink and told me to pull to the front, my food would be our shortly... About two minutes later, she came out with my food. What she handed me my food, she informed me of the locations it serve breakfast in the morning. I thanked her and left... Now to the main points of this review, when I tasted the food, it was amazing. It was so good, that it prompted me to make a review. I do like Burger King over McDonald's, but a lot of times Burger King's fries do not hold a candle to McDonalds. But this location, the fries were awesome. My Whopper looks like the advertisement.. I was pleasantly surprised.

The fries tasted very average, these are far worst fries out there. The Coke had a terrible taste very dull/weak doesn't have that punch that Coke is known for. I think the lines need cleaned or a bad batch. It reminds me of Coke that comes from a soda gun. Just terrible taste. The burger was very average as well. I have tasted better at other Burger Kings. Employees could probably be a bit more cheerful.

no one in the drive through line. placed order,paid, and was told to pull forward and the order would be brought out to me. 7 minutes later, no order. also, no additional customers in line. i backed up, told different employee what happened. he had no idea i was waiting and quickly filled the order. big deal? no, simple shift change error. problem is, things like this happen all the time. this BK feels understaffed and poorly run.

Every time I come to this location, whether it’s before work or on my lunch break, the employees will hold the position inA the drive-through to make their wait times not seem as long at the pick up window. When I order my food and arrive to the first window, I am always asked to wait while they prepare my food. Once the food is prepared I am then signaled to pull forward to the pick up window to complete the transaction. As a customer I find it this dishonorable to be forced to cooperate with cooking of their books. I just want my food in a timely manner. If it has to be freshly prepared, let management know that.

Didn't give me fries or sauce I paid for. I had to remind them about my drink. Paid in exact change. Got no receipt. Someone is $11.20 richer, but I'd guess it's not burger king. Had to wait 10+ minutes in the drive thru after ordering for just a burger and nuggets, without drink, fries, or BBQ sauce. My expectations of this BK arent high, but the staff were friendly and the food didn't taste like it had been tampered with. 3 stars. Dont pay cash, get your recipe, check your bag.

Terrible experience... ordered food tonight and they didn’t give me all my food. When I went back to get it, they argued with me. The woman in charge (she would not give me her name) was terrible. On my way back to the store to get the food they left out, she hung up the phone on me. When I got there she was rude and told me I hadn’t paid for what they left out. I asked her if I had to pay for it and she threw it in the bag, tossed it on the counter and turned her back and walked away. When I asked for the managers name she ignored me. Don’t eat at this Burger King. The people working there are nasty and lazy. The place is also pretty dirty.
