Pizza was hot, fresh and delicious even after arriving home. Takeaway was ordered online, no need to call! Collection time was texted through to us, easy peezy

The place has a nice vibe with lots of interesting pictures (I assume) from old times in Italy. Pizza was very nice, we had the capricciosa. It has fluffy dough and very thin so you have to fold to eat with hands since it was rather moist. But it was very nice. Chips were ok. The carbonara pasta has weird texture of sauce, I would say a bit lumpy and has sweet taste. Had to add salt to make it more edible. So overall pizza is the winner here. Female waiter was rather scary, didnt smile at all.

Amazing staff and atmosphere, the food is always delicious and portions are great. My son and I love getting pizza and hot chocolate, great place to go to meet up with friends.

My family & I had a wake for one of our family members at Pier 71 and we couldn't recommend this place more for a special or other occasion. The service was absolutely professional and the staff were extremely friendly. The food was incredible, especially the pizza which had many positive comments from our Italian guests. The drink selection was great as well. The ambience of the place, we sat outside at the back, was perfect for our occasion.

Have nothing but positive things to say about Pier 71. It's been our local 'go to' for years. The pizza is insanely good with that traditional base that you get in Italy. The pasta and their other main dishes are amazing also.
Great wines too and always a friendly smile from Laura and the team.

My favourite restaurant in Altona. Fantastic food, friendly staff, great atmosphere. Great for a quick take away coffee or a full sit down dinner. And I just love that they bring my pizza to me when I'm sitting over the road at Hopheads for a beer! Can't get better service than that.

Best crust pizza I ever had in Australia. According to my Italian friend, this is the closest that can get to Pizza in Italy. Beware, the taste is strong, and you will find a big difference comparing to Domino’s or other places. Not only taste good, it looks awesome too.

I was one of several Justices of the Peace in the Courtyard tonight. (at Leon's table)
Our waiter Raymond was awesome. The drinks were offered promptly, music turned down a little as requested, food orders were taken when our Guest speaker arrived. Food arrived popping hot and plentiful.
Raymond was professional and efficient without being intrusive.
