Order a pizza and bone out wings. Was told told 15 to 20 mins. Went to go pick up the pizza and was told I never order a pizza. It was late Friday and the employee probably didn't feel like doing anything. I was a bit upset what kind of customer service is that. Update if they don't answer you will be forwarded to like a call center.

Fast and easy pick up the girl at the window saved my pizza as I reach out to get it my foot hit the gas lol I had one hand on the box and she didn't let go of the other side so between the two of us it stayed up right so I could reverse park and get both hands on it lol. She was very sweet and funny. sport cars are touchy man lol

This Pizza Hut is by far not only the worst run pizza place in Amarillo, but possibly the worst restaurant. Time after time they give you the worn order either delivery or pick up. Most recently I called to get the new special. I was told it wasn’t available because they didn’t have the Cinnabon’s, I asked if I could substitute or just not get them. I was immediately hung up on. This is no way to treat a customer. Not only will I not go here I won’t go to any Pizza Hut period.

Pizza was hot fresh and tasty. Delivery driver was fast and nice.

The taste of the pizza was bland; the sauce had no flavor whatsoever. Crust was soggy. Amount of meat on the pizza was ridiculously minimal. Took forever to be delivered (not counting the hour it took for the delivery to be started after I placed the order).
