Oriental Garden

I can hardly believe this place has bad reviews on the food... This place is a family favorite, even for picky kids! Their food is fresh and so flavorful! I believe their sign when they say, "We know Chinese. " It's the best Chinese I've had in Anchorage. The service can be slow yes, so don't got here in a hurry. If you're looking for a pleasant night with good sake and great food, this is the place. P.s when they say spicy, they mean it.

We weren’t expecting much, to be honest, as we went there late. It’s the only oriental food restaurant that we’ve found that is open until midnight on the weekends. Not only was the interior clean and modern, but the staff was friendly, informative, and helpful. When we got our food we were blown away by the flavor. It was the best oriental food we’ve had in quite some time! Not only will we be returning, but we will be highly recommending to our friends. Please give them a chance- you will not be disappointed.

Don’t get me wrong, the food is good . But when it comes to delivery. I had asked if they deliver out to lake Otis, it’s not even that far and I was told by one of the older ladies that works in the front that it’s too far and she had an attitude and was rude. How are you guys going to turn away money/business . If you know how to run it, you never say no to money, at least that’s just my opinion because I work for a self owned company and my boss never turns away business or money, that’s like turning away an opportunity.

Service was very nice, friendly lady, she gave the kids free strawberry machines icecream w whip cream and chocolate sauce. We walked in a few minutes before 3pm and thats when lunch ends but they still let us order from the lunch menu. Food took a while to come out but overall a decent wait time and was worth it, we enjoyed our plates

The lady over the phone has good customer service. I did not like the delivery guy. He was grilling me for a bigger tip than what I gave him. As a single pregnant woman who is already struggling the small convo with him did not feel well. I had to reheat my meal and still could not enjoy it. I hope they find a new driver or talk to him. My tempora vegetables were soggy. Crab Rangoon was the best ive tasted in Anchorage. Bad experience with delivery but food was decent.
