I'm only giving it a 3 star..because someone thought it would be cute to place a ton of onions on burger...Just because said...NO MUSTARD NOR KETCHUP DOES NOT TRANSLATE TO A ONION BURGER!! ARE YOU KIDDING.. YOU HOT JOKES....SERVICE TIME 8:36 P.M. SERVICE DATE 15 June 22...AND THE BURGER DRY AS HELL AND OLD!!..

No line in drive thru. Someone took my order but never finished, said hello twice. so I went to the window and gave my simple one sandwich order. Gave my code to the girl twice because she didn't hear it the first time. Went to get my sandwich at the last window. For them to tell me I owe money at the end. Had to give the code again. 🙄 How many times do you need to hear a code really. When you have to be extra patient and understanding.....But I was pretty annoyed having to clearly repeat myself. Why don't they just scan it??

Took kids there to dine in. Ordered at the kiosk but no table numbers because they only do takeout orders. Too lazy to wash the trays. I counted, there were 15 employees working behind the counter. All of the tables in the dining area were filthy and hadn’t been wiped probably all day. Four of the teenage male employees I guess were on dinner break and raising complete hell in the dining area. Very loud and arm wrestling. The manager very timidly m told them they were being loud and they just laughed at her. Observed one employee picking french fries out of the basket of fries that are served to customers.
