Tim Hortons

Sad to say, but this place is just not the same as it once was. Basically all the panini are gone (chicken and steak come on), they were nearly out of croissants. They only had Coke and diet , and my BLT was a lot more bread than acceptable. Also who gives the top of the freaking tomato as an edible slice ? Never had that happen in my entire life.

This place is horrible.. I went inside to order donuts and the staff ignored the counter. I went through the drive through (my son really wanted donuts) and that was a mistake. I ordered 10 birthday cake timbits - I gave the cashier $50.15 for a $3.15 order. They only gave me $46 back. I asked them for my additional $1 and they couldn't grasp they didn't give me the correct change. I told multiple people I gave $50.15 and should have received $47 back. It's only a $1, but the fact that a business cannot give the correct change is an issue. On top of all of this one girl double checked that my order was correct and after we left my son looked in the box and it wasn't correct. Will never go back to this location.

I just went thru the drive thru, and ordered an Iced Mocha Latte and a grilled cheese panini. The woman who took the order was beyond rude and didn’t even do the order correctly along with not giving me a straw. She just about threw my lunch at me as well. I would give zero stars if I could and I certainly won’t ever be back at this Tim Horton’s again.

Went on a Sunday morning and it was obvious new staff were being trained. Of the five orders, 4 were incorrect (bacon instead of sausage, wrong donut, wrong sandwich, wrong drink) and when we noticed one was incorrect, bringing it up with the manger she replied "are you sure?" We also found out (too late) that one of the ice cap cups were cracked and leaked all over the car. Avoid at all costs, double check your order before you leave
