Mcdonald's

Dont go to this location for fries and chicken nuggets. the fries were cold and soft. The nuggets were super dry and hard. it looks like they precooked too much to be out in the heat lamp. This is not the first time. I live nearby that is why I come here but this is my last time. I will go to other location where nuggets/fries are super good and cant stop eating them.

Disgusting! Waiting in long line to hear my card machine not working..."cash only" them for my food ( spicy chicken combo) the chicken was hard as a brick, my fries seemed like they been sitting in the lobby... super cold, she was mad bcuz I asked for hot fries. No sauce on my sandwich and a dry pickle. I can go on and on. This McDonald's should be ashamed because that's not the restaurant I once knew who always had fresh food. So DISAPPOINTED!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!! PLEASE GO TO CHICA FILA OR ANY FASTFOOD PLACE WITH FRESH FOOD, FRIENDLY. AND HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I THINK THEY DESERVE 0 ☆'s

First time here. Came because they told me I could dine inside restaurant after calling them first. Asked at cashier to prepare everything fresh at that moment, did not want heated food that has been in stock. Nuggets were ok. Though i had them.better in other McDonalds. The quarter pounder full of pickels and onions. Complained to the on duty manager the patty was thin as a regular burger. Never had a quarter pounder like that before. Also there was a blatant fly around where I sat. They should have fly zappers inside restaurant. Not pleasant experience.

I asked for honey for my 20 piece chicken nuggets then for honey mustard as well… then he said they don’t have any… then I asked for sweet and sour… doesn’t have any… then bbq when he finally says he doesn’t have any “sauces”… ok… then for ketchup… nope they ran out! What??? Then after driving away we noticed he never gave us the honey (which he said he had!) For some people like ourselves the entire McDonald’s experience is ruined and we never would’ve even driven through if someone had had the courtesy to write a sign stating that they were completely out of every single sauce! This is ridiculous!

Ordered a happy meal for my kid, asked for fruit punch. They said ok. Drove around, and was handed a coke. Told them it was supposed to be feuit punch, and the guy said they don't have fruit punch. I said ok can I have something that isn't soda because my daughter doesn't drink soda. He handed me what looked like lemonade. Didn't notice til I got home that he gave me SPRITE. Also, the food was cold and likely old. This isn't the first time something like this has happened at this location, which is why I avoided it for so long. Only stopped here because my daughter was begging me for McDonald's chicken nuggets. I won't make that mistake again.
