Gross set up (dirty) with rude immature workers. Was give a very bad attitude, even kept calling me hun?! It was like dealing with people on speed also, kind of really crazy. Then when I got my coffee it was almost cold certainly not hot!

Order ahead not available is becoming the norm with this location. Out of cinnamon Dolce and Chocolate Peppermint Mocha most of the time. Inconsistent taste is also the norm at this location. New manager might be in order!

I order a Strawberry Açaí, blended w strawberry purée at the bottom. I tell the barista I will be scanning for points since today you get triple points. They have one of those scanners that you would see at the grocery store to scan big items. The one shaped like a little gun. He says he can’t scan my points bc the system in grocery stores aren’t updated and it won’t apply points on my profile (I opened up my Starbucks app to scan). This isn’t his fault so I was really nice about it. I asked if there was another way. He said I can maybe try calling and uploading my points through the receipt. I said okay. So we finish the transaction and he goes to make my drink. Im confused as to why I didn’t get my receipt but I let him finish my drink before I ask about it. He started another transaction while my drink was blending (he also added very little ice. So it was VERY runny but I didn’t bother to bring it up b/c I assume he’s probably new). I ask about the receipt I didn’t receive when he hands me my drink and he says he cannot reprint after starting another transaction. So I asked how would I be able to provide proof of purchase on the phone call when I try to recover my points. He said I won’t be able to….. I stood there in silence and said “umm… okay. I’ll see if I can figure it out but thanks. Have a good one” and I left. I was on break and didn’t have time. This transaction was time consuming, I didn’t get the triple points, and I am not satisfied with the drink (not to mention, he almost completely forgot to include the dried strawberries if it weren’t for me asking if he could add some on top). He didn’t give attitude. It was just a bad experience.
