Tgi Fridays

We went in on a Saturday right before lunchtime and were seated immediately. Sarah was our server and was friendly and quick with everything. I had the app so we got the salsa and chips free and Mom ordered the friend shrimp and Coke and I got the Cobb salad with Coke. Both were great but I did ask for the manager. I wanted him to inform the cook that the shrimp was fried perfectly. Mom talked about that for the rest of the time we shopped. We both walked out at about $20 including the tip. Easy access to and from the restaurant. This place will remain on our list!

First time there & it couldn't of been better! My hubby, I & our 2 young children went there for a late lunch on a Saturday. Our server was so nice to us, made sure we had everything we needed! Adult drinks were delicious. Our children loved their slushy drinks! She brought out the kids food first, which was amazing because we could help our children with what they needed before our food came out. Food was amazing! I'll definitely go back for sure 😀

This place has taken quite the turn for the worst. First got there and used the bathroom and my feet stuck to the floor with 3/4 toilets clogged at 2 in the afternoon. My fiancé said there were boogers on the walls next to the urinals. We got our food and for $14 chicken “strips” we got 4 times fried bread nuggets. The whiskey burger sliders were meat flopped on a bun with no seasoning. We didn’t even get plates, we had to eat on napkins.

We stopped at TGI Friday's since we were doing some shopping in the area. It's our go to because of the variety of food options for family. We had great food and service. Our waitress was Brigitte. She had a sweet smile and personality that was welcoming. She did a great job of making sure our drinks were filled and the service she provided was exceptional. The staff exemplified teamwork and worked well together to take care of their customers including the manager. Great service we will be back!! Great job! Your customers are watching and appreciate all you do! Thank you!

Usually a great experience. Seems like the same familiar faces working each time I come. Normally it's great although this time, not as great (thus the 4 stars). The beer that was served expired two months prior and our food was not the greatest either. That said, I love this place cause it's open late and normally the food and beverages are great!!

Probably the worst dining experience I've had in my life. The food was a joke. I ordered a medium burger and what I got was well done and the outsides just tasted like burnt char. The sauce on the burger was clumped up in a small area right in the center. So every bite was either caked in sauce or just burnt meat. The fries were a joke. Half of them were the crumbs that were probably at the bottom of the bag. Wife's pasta was pretty small especially for the $16 price tag on it and the breadstick tasted like it came out of a bag you find at your local grocery store. No seasonings or butter at all. Very disappointed. Honestly McDonald's would have been a step up.
