Qdoba Mexican Grill

Food was good but the rice to protein ratio continues to lean towards the rice side of the equation. Not to mention prices are getting too high for fast food / barely got enough chips for nachos and they were going to charge us for more. 4/11 Update: The team and Qdoba listen to my feedback and engaged me for additional information. I was very impressed on how they handled my feedback and worked to resolve my concerns!

Went to order dinner and when got to counter the two woman who were making food. No hairnets and hair long and everywhere seemed a bit frustrated with me when I chose the male that was working to make our food as he had a hat on. Not sure why the are making food with no hairnets on amd allowing it to hang over other people's orders

Young lady, long red hair in ponytail was frustrated and rude. Put it on me while I was checking out. Made me very uncomfortable. Please take a few minutes with this lady and see if there are any resources the company offers, personal or business wise that may help her not have to feel and act that way in the work place. I think with a little help she can be great.

I always love visiting this location. The staff are friendly and happy to help you no matter how busy the store is. Food is always hot and fresh and the restaurant is clean. The takeout shelf is clearly marked and visible when you walk in from either entrance. If you go through the line for your order the staff are fast and efficient.

I frequently visit this location as I work nearby. Usually have a good experience. But today I was 3rd, in a line that was nearly headed out the door. Waited patiently for 15 minutes as the workers made online orders. Then the 2 people in front of me ordered. After that, the employee grabbed more online orders, pretend like the long line wasn't even there, and proceeded to fulfill online orders. At this point 20 minutes had passed, I finally asked if they would please service the long line of people standing in front of them. Or at least acknowledge that we exist. The man working was extremely rude and insist that I should come behind the counter and "put on an apron". I said i wouldn't have a problem waiting to order but I myself needed to get back to work, and had already been there for 20 minutes. I have never been treated in such a way by anyone in the service industry before.
