I'll start of by stating this is the worst breakfast I've had in years. I still paid and tipped because this was on the cooks. The food quality has obviously took a dive in years at Denny's all over. That being said, I was aware and am not judging that. All the food was severely undercooked. Except the pancakes which looked old and dry, they wouldn't cut with a fork. No butter, folding up from drying out. The hashbrowns came out pure white. Looked microwaved. Ham steak was cold to the touch.
Told the manager. She didn't offer an apology and even gave me a doubtful offended look when I told her I found 6 hairs in my toast and that the syrup dispenser was dirty and covered in lint and fuzz. Still somehow this omelet, lumberjack and kids meal cost me over 50 dollars?! Wow, what a joke. Never will I return to any Denny's. I'd rather eat gas station food.

Not only is the place extreme dirty/ unclean , but the food took really long to come after ordered AND most of it came wrong, my daughter ordered for crepes without strawberries and when the food came it turned out that they got her order wrong and the server scraped off the berries, even so strawberry remnants could be seen in the plate, my daughter just didn’t like strawberries, but what if she were allergic to them ? Not only that but I payed $12 dollars for that.
Also they wanted us to pay for things that we didn’t consume, my other child asked for an Oreo milkshake when they admitted to not have vanilla ice cream we switched to chocolate , still they wanted us to pay for an Oreo milkshake.

Slow, discourteous service from hostess and waitresses. This was an issue before Covid as well so I'm not sure that the worker shortage is to blame in this instance. The first few times our food was cold with no apology from staff. Last time I left without ordering because of how the hostess treated people. We love Denny's just not this one.

I usually have an okay experience here but a few days ago I went and it was very dirty. There was trash all over the floor and the tables and menus were sticky. I would understand the mess if it was super busy but we were one of the three tables seated. They had one girl doing everything in the front and you could tell she was stressed. She still did a great job considering the circumstances.

Ordered a curbside order. Got there 5 min early and there aren't any designated spots for curbside. So I parked right out front and waited as they had my car info. Waited until 1:10 and finally went in. Order was sitting at front desk. When I asked if they had curbside she said yes I just forgot. Got out to my car and checked order was missing bacon side and had to go back in. Get home and they hashbrowns are still frozen on the Inside, eggs are cold and the bacon is barely cooked.
I want a full refund for this order as we threw it away and went somewhere else to get lunch.
This store needs to be reviewed by upper management. Very poor experience

Really bad lunch at Denny's. Restaurant missing ingredients to make regular menu items this time and last time. However, I was not told this time before ordering the Cali Club, so I would have an opportunity to pick something else because the server was "new" and "didn't know anything". The only other server barely knew anything either, and blamed having to take care of two other tables as reason for offering little help. I have seen servers who know what they were doing take care of a lot more tables. The cook even missed ingredients that the restaurant had in stock, and I had to complain several times for them as well. Had to ask 6 extra times for a cup of soup that we had originally ordered. The whole process was unacceptable by far and seems to be a disturbing trend at a once great establishment and it makes us question whether to ever come to a Denny's again.

They only had have the dining room open, there was maybe 3 people besides us eating in there.
Over half the tables were dirty along with the floor. The first table they sat us at was horrible so we moved seats.
The customer service was okay as it took 10 minutes for our waitress to stop talking to her boyfriend and come over to take our order along with getting our drinks.
The 2 waitresses and manager were worried about where to order a pizza from and what they wanted on it. No checking in to see how our food was.
We refuse to come back here.

Ordered delivery through their website. Much of my order was missing and the food we actually did receive was a messy disaster. However, though it took some time to get through to the restaurant since it was a busy time of day, once I did get in contact with someone they were very understanding and diligent in working to make it right.
My order had been delivered through DoorDash and they were expecting my complaint after watching the driver drop my order on the ground and refuse to wait for a replacement. I greatly appreciate them going above and beyond to correct an error that was not even their fault.
