The two people who were working, a ginger girl and a bigger guy with long-ish hair looked like they hate their life. They did not greet me and made my sandwich with annoyance. The bigger guy had an air pod in. As I was eating my sandwich the girl starts yelling at the guy for not doing something. Her yelling was loud enough that I could hear it clearly, sitting in the back. It made me uncomfortable & I understand why he looked like he hares life. But I mean, it's subway not a Michelin star restaurant.

Weary travelers. Listen here. These two gentlemen made me the most fire sub I have ever had in my LIFE. It’s a full moon. Everything is weird (let’s be real, it is). These dudes probably catch bad attitude all day, yet they greeted me with a smile, and genuinely just wanted to see someone smile. They were inclusive and welcomed everyone who came in with genuine hospitality. Bravo. Seriously tho. Dang good sandwich.

Very rude. I just finished my shopping at Walmart and this subway is in Walmart. and I lock my keys inside the car so I was sitting at 1 of the tables waiting and he came out with an I quote "I just asked my manager and he said there is no loitering in my store." so that means he went out of his way to go ask his manager if it was "Okay" for me to sit there. and then when I told him I wasnt trying to lpiter that i was sitting there because I locked myself out my car .. waiting for roadside assistance. he literally said he didn't care. wow. What is wrong with people these days. So mean. So rude. Totally inappropriate approach.

If I could rate zero stars I would. The female working this evening 9/24/19 around 6:30 pm was EXTREMELY rude. She huffed when we had asked for certain things, she rolled her eyes, and kept making comments to her partner that he was in her way. I basically had to force a thank you and have a nice day out of her. I’ve seen better customer service at a 4 year old’s lemonade stand. Please make sure that your employees not only have good customer service skills but common decency and politeness as well. Will NOT be returning.

The customer service was horrible. It made us feel uncomfortable, like we shouldn't have came in to order anything. The male named Bruce was extremely rude. When I asked him to warm my sandwich up in the microwave, he gave me an evil look as if I asked him to do a miracle! Then when I asked for extra pickles on my sandwich, he said "we don't have extra pickles" after he put some on my sandwich, he said "that's all I have and don't ask for more"! I didn't even want to ask him for anything else on my sandwich like I usually do... I just wanted this experience to be done.

Worst Subway I've ever been to! I went there on Saturday night, October 21st around 9 pm. The guy that made my sandwich was wearing plastic gloves, but you could see his very long fingernails, full of dirt, through the gloves! Not very appetizing. He was chewing gum with a wide open mouth! He was really skimpy with the veggies and seemed not too focused. Right in front of the cash register, the floor was so dirty and sticky that my shoes stuck to it. Tons of flies! Are you kidding? I'll never be back! Absolutely disgusting!

Asked 3 times how much the soup was, and was ignored. I have told her she didn’t need to be rude. She snapped at because she couldn’t remember if she made any. Also asked for onions and was ignored. Won’t be back again for a long time because who needs to be treated like this?
