Pho Palace

4.5🌟 A great place for pho. The meat was succulent, not chewy. Very tasty. I prefer limes instead of lemons and the carrots were slightly overcooked. Other than that the food was perfect. Service is good. Attentive staff. If you tell anyone what you need, they will bring it quickly, not look for your waiter.

The Pho with beef balls here is amazing, almost as good as Pho Bang in Garland but less fatty. The Nem Nuong spring roll (fermented pork sausage) is also very tasty. Their dipping sauce is special and very hard to make (I know because I used to learn how to make it in California). It's similar to Brodar Nem Nuong (a very famous restaurant in CA). I would come back just for the dipping sauce alone. Oh and the Pennywort juice (Rau Má) is fresh (made from fresh herbs and not from a can like most Vietnamese restaurant). Get the juice, you won't regret it!

I’ve been eating at this restaurant on and off for 20 years at least. And I stopped eating here many years ago because their quality is inconsistent. You know it’s all run by women have been there in a bad mood you don’t want to eat there. I went there Friday nite around 7:30pm. They had one waitress working the entire restaurant floor and she’s brand-new inexperienced and she was the bus boy. The really good server was there but she was being the bus. Busboy. Soiled napkins had to flag her down for my drink. This is one of these places where you have to stand in line to pay your bill. I mean absolutely horrible I know they do that because I worry the servers are going to steal from them. So when there was nobody standing in line I went to the cash register and with my bill and I said put 10 on the card and my bill was told 94 I have in my car just kept saying 12 9424 I said no 10 on the car chipset and 24th and no Dan do you make me so mad finally she put the tent on there I threw three ones that are I left I didn’t even eat my food I will never return this place is no good

Today I came into Pho Palace to enjoy dinner. This is establishment was very clean and organized. One of the reasons I stopped by is because it had very good reviews online. I ordered my favorite food and with extra noodles, which came with the soup and not just dry noodles. The trademark sandwiches were excellent and the very delicious😊. This is the type of place that I enjoy the most with simple and excellent food choices. This community definitely respects this place, because the crowd was very familiar with the restaurant. It just became a favorite stopping point for my lunch and dinner breaks.
