Jamba Juice

I am absolutely disgusted at what I have seen the other day at this location. I went over for a smoothie and one of the employees was eating wings while taking orders. Its disgusting for someone to lick sauce off their finger and then think that they can just touch people's cards. Why even eat in the kiosk when there are so many places to sit right in front of you. Just absolutely disgusting and I will NEVER return to this location after that.

Went in today while shopping for my son's shoes. The girl working was SO incredibly RUDE. When I approached I said " Hi, how are you?" She ignored me and stood there waiting for my order without asking me anything. So I repeated " How are you?" She rolled her eyes and responded " what do you want?" I took a deep breathe and said I'll have a medium Mega Mango. She said " Have you had that before?" Thinking this was an odd question I said " Yes....why are you asking?" She replied " It's a nasty smoothie". At that point I was furious. I told her " you know what....I'll go somewhere else." She replied " yaay!". I told her " you know what you are very rude! I asked you multiple times how you are and you ignored me. Then you told me my choose of drink was gross!" After walking away I decided to go back and take a pic of the owner name and unfortunately there wasn't a contact number. So I stood at the counter for a good 10 min while she ignored me doing God knows what. A few customers came behind me and she didn't approach them to their order...which resulted in them walking off. Finally a couple came and I explained what was going on ....when the last came to get their order I asked her for the owner number. She ignored me and asked them again for their order. The nice couple asked her for the owners number and she complied. I called the owner and explained everything. Deena was kind and offered me a free smoothie and I declined because that wasn't what I was after. I simply wanted to explain what happened. To JAMBA JUICE...... PLEASE PUT KINDER PEOPLE AS THE FACE OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENT.

Worse experience I've ever had. I thought it was closed, but when I reached the counter two girls were on their phones. When I stood there with my daughter and sister, one of the girls saw us and started cleaning the machines. The other girl literally sat on the chair on her phone. I asked "Are you guys closed?" The teen replied "No, you order there." I literally just had to shift my body to be "there." And my sister was also "there." Anyway, they both looked at each other like "I'm not taking them." Eventually the one cleaning turned around and took our order. We tolerated this behavior because well we like JJ, but then one of the girls reached for a container in the trash can!!! I think it was cheese and tells the other girl to smell it. It apparently had gone bad because the one smelling it was gagging! All of this in front of us!! I asked for a refund and left the drink. We went to Chick-fil-A and asked how we could get ahold of the managers. Meanwhile the girls are laughing at us. Google readers, I wish I could say "I'm exaggerating" but I'm really not. We really did nothing to provoke them. Even when I asked for a refund I calmly asked for it back even while being livid. It was so bizarre. The owner of the store asked me to call her, I did but unfortunately it went to VM and I never received a call back. I hope they check their cameras and see we are telling the truth. I'll be contacting corporate again.
