Ordered from this location a while back and they couldn't have messed up much worse than they did. We ordered 3 subs and 3 chips. 2 of the 3 subs were made wrong and we received 1 bag of chips total. Have tried to contact the store and the manager but so far no appropriate response. Have been to a lot of Lenny's around town but won't be back to this one!

They had about 6 customers when we got there and our food was still done in about 8 mins max. Friendly service.

We asked for the combos and the guy didn’t ring it up right I come here often and never have had this issue.When asked he could of corrected the problem instead he didn’t do anything i just simply paid and warn others!!!

I visited this location this evening (1/4/22) to pick up dinner and it was busy but the 3 young men that were working there were all very kind, professional, and worked as quickly as they could. I ordered a Veggie salad & Chicken Philly sandwich and they both were good. I look forward to visiting this location again.

The crew at Lenny’s in Arlington did a great job getting our order ready tonight especially when they were working in a piping hot store due to a broken AC.

Chicken sandwich was burnt to the point I could not eat it.

The dining area is filthy, literally. No ice in the soda machine, 4 employees working, 2 customers total and no one is behind the counter nor are they cleaning. I doubt it has been cleaned in several months.
