Pudge Brothers Pizza

I don’t expect gourmet food from here, but I do expect it to be edible. The sauce on my wings almost covered the fact that they were burned. The burger (in the pictures) was so overdone, the cheese and the edges of the bacon were burned, and to top it all off the bun had sat under the heat lamp so long it was crispy. To top it all off, the fries were so crispy they snapped like tortilla chips. I called the manager just to tell him the meal was awful (wasn’t asking for my money back or new food to be delivered) and he didn’t seem to care at all.

EDIT* I had to change from two stars to one after I called to complain. They suggested that next time I order, I should ask for extra sauce on the wings and you need to specify that you need napkins/silverware. Perfect 🤣 I should have read the reviews. The pizza is decent but the wings are a joke lol No napkins or silverware with the takeout either

The service was good, order was correct and the place is clean. I’m giving 2 stars because if you’re from Chicago or NY and still trying to find good pizza in Denver (like me), this isn’t it. It wasn’t that cheap for something that was comparable to Dominos or Pizza Hut. Wings are not very big either. Won’t be back

Ordered delivery a bit before closing and I was impressed with how nice and fast the pizza came. The driver called me to verify address and was very nice and friendly!! (Most other places the drivers hate end of shift deliveries and they let it show!!) Not to mention the pizza was fresh and very very good! So happy i gave this place another chance once it reopened!!

If I could give zero I would, but I'll give one because they attempted to rectify the situation. We ordered mozzarella sticks, fried mushrooms, a meat calzone, and a large pizza. Luckily I can't wait to get home to snack, popped a mushroom in my mouth and it was frozen! Not just "I arrived too late and now my food is cold" type of deal, moreso like they took them out of the freezer and microwaved for 30 seconds! Mozerella sticks were firm and not even warm? The calzone was warm to touch and it was the wrong pizza!! They started our whole order over again. Brought out the mushrooms, still frozen. The calzone still had shredded cheese not melted in it. We asked for our money back. They gave it back after making the comment "you came way later than expected." Seriously?! We left.

UPDATE: I grabbed their first cbd sauce pizza! For my 12" pizza it was 150mg for the whole pie. For those that aren't aware this is non-intoxicating so don't expect to feel anything, just added medicinal value with a bit of a calmness, like what an herbal tea gives you kinda calmness. Normal review: Besides a decent price their pizza is fantastic! The crust was good, the cheese and toppings had great flavor; that sauce though is key and what really sets it apart from the other chains out there. They don't sugar it up so it stays savory. It's a nice balance they've struck. The employees here are super friendly and I hope they stay =)
