If you're looking for incompetence, you've come to the right place. They messed up every part of the order, the manager also is insistent that the Nashville hot combo doesn't exist and everything must be charged individually. Even then they couldn't be bothered to even put the right seasoning on it or anything. It's honestly sad if kfc is too complicated of a job and how this guy made it to "manager" given his lack of basic customer service let alone menu knowledge is literally astounding. The pictures only reference half this order but they screwed up the whole thing.

DON’T GO HERE!!!! So I read all the horrible reviews about this place and decided to go anyway because it was the only place with fried chicken open late.. well I waited forever in the drive through and the man taking orders gave me such an attitude and said KFC was already closed online stated they are open until 12am and I showed up at 10pm. This guy apparently is very unhappy in life and can’t even do a simple job, he definitely doesn’t deserve to be getting paid minimum wage.. pathetic. I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS PLCE ONE STAR. It’s very sad how incompetent this locations employees are.

Super disappointed after waiting 15 minutes behind 3 cars to take my Colonel box home to discover the chicken had sat under a hot light for so long that I couldn’t find chicken in any bite. I went back and requested something a little more edible and they replaced it with the same dried out cold chicken. The owners obviously don’t take the time to read all the terrible reviews this place has received as they all reflect on the same issues back dating over the past 24 months.

I don't often write reviews as usually always bad, but I have had it with this store, just went in got a 5 dollar fillup for lunch, had to be the worst chicken breast I ever had, probably left over from last night and reheated in microwave, I have had problems here many times before but they finally hit the last straw, never again!!! BTW chicken breast was rubbery and tough coating was soggy and falling off and tasted like leftover food. This place sucks!!!!

Poor service nightime employee talked too fast through drive thru. He didn't even ask me what kind of chicken I like and he mixed it with original and crispy. He didn't ask if I needed butter or honey and he didn't have my drinks ready. I had to tell him what my drinks were and to give them to me. He should not run no drive thru.
