The Palm - Atlanta

I rolled up to this beautiful location inside the Westin. After working an event, I was exhausted and wanted something good and quick in a nice setting. I got just that. I was professionally greeted, treated, and served. I added a bacon appetizer to the Wedge, which was great. My server was efficient, and let me be, and I didn't feel rushed even tho it was late. I'm not sure what happened to my pictures, but I might have been too hungry for all that! Lol! I'll definitely be back!

Just there Saturday 10/21, I won’t go back because everything was PERFECT!! Wife’s b day, staff, drinks, food, atmosphere, everything was perfect. I can’t go back because they set the bar to high. Highly recommend, and wife is already asking when are we going back. We’ll be back soon. Thank you, The Palm made her b day perfect!

Beautiful new location inside the Westin. Traditional home style decor. The lobster was tremendous. Professionally served. The bacon as an appetizer was great. The Wedge was great. Service could have been more attentive given the fact there were so few people there- only 3 tables on a Sunday evening.

Food great as always. Service was merely ok. Things had gone smoothly until I ordered decaf coffee. I was told that a fresh pot was being brewed and would be ready in 3-minutes. 25 minutes later, no coffee and the server was still chatting up a couple in a raised booth who had ordered a bottle of wine. During that same time multiple staff people had walked by looked at us and ignored us. Took me raising my hand to get any attention. This is level of service is not up to brand standard. Hope that things improve.

Expensive, but worth it! Our server treated us really well, he was kind and gave us a lot of insight into cooking methods since we're on a strict diet. I was impressed that he knew so much about how things are cooked to begin with, above and beyond what I would expect from a server! The food was perfect as far as I know; perfectly charred, perfectly medium rare. Just a quality place.
