Our experience with 103 West was absolutely phenomenal. Julie Murdock the private events manager was AMAZING. Julie ensured every detail I desired for my wedding came to fruition. The Chef and catering staff prepared a brunch menu that left our guest wanting more. The staff operate with sheer precision and professionalism. Please do not hesitate allowing Julie and her team an opportunity to WOW you...you will not be dissappointed. We will definetly be using this venue again.

103 West did a fantastic job making my event a huge success! The sales manager, Julie Murdock did a wonderful job making sure all of my details were executed. She followed up before the event to ensure I had everything I needed and again after to make sure I was pleased. All of the staff were very helpful from the moment I entered the venue, providing excellent service. Hats off to the Chef. The food was absolutely delicious!

Our company hosted our annual Employee Appreciation dinner at 103 West once again in January. And once again we experienced tentative planning, and a professional staff that were most accommodating to our needs. The food was excellent and portions were plenty. The site offers beautifully decorated rooms so employees felt treated to an extravagant night out. We already have plans for our next event in the books with 103 West. Our Association holds yearly receptions at 103 West and they never disappoint! The atmosphere is nice, food wonderful, and staff is a pleasure to work with. Our Sales Manager, Julie Murdock, is outstanding at helping plan our events. She always has great suggestions/ideas to add a personal touch and is super responsive. I really enjoy working with Julie every year.

We hosted our annual year end luncheon on 12/11/18. With a large group of 140 people, you would expect something to go wrong. No, the event was flawless! The staff was amazing, everything we needed was taken care of. It seemed effortless. The room was beautiful, the food was fantastic. Julie Murdock, the sales manager handled everything with grace and has such a calming nature, in a time I am usually at my wit's end she had me not worrying about a thing. Dwight and the wait staff were there to take care of every detail no matter how small. Wonderful place to host any event!

We had a speaker dinner at 103 West in September. Planning was very simple, thanks to the help of Julie Murdock. The space for our event was perfect and the guest loved it. The food was very good and everything came out in a timely manner. Wait staff was very respectful of the speaker and were very accomodating. This is my second event with 103 West and I will continue to work with them in the future!

I recently hosted a company dinner at 103 West, and I could not have been more pleased with our experience! The Event Sales Manager, Julie, was an absolute pleasure to work with, and she was very helpful and on top of logistics throughout the planning phase. The service staff the day of the event was above & beyond helpful during set-up, and the ballroom was STUNNING!! Special thanks to Dwight and Najat for being so attentive before, during & after the dinner to ensure the night ran flawlessly and according to plan. Last but definitely not least, the food was AMAZING! I heard tons of compliments throughout the night from my guests regarding the dinner selections. The tenderloin was perfectly cooked, crab cakes were very meaty and well seasoned, sides & salads were great, and the dessert assortment was delicious and a big hit! Overall I am beyond happy with our 103 West experience, and we will definitely be back to host future events!

My husband and I just celebrated our 25th Anniversary party at 103 West and it was absolutely fantastic in every way! The food was delicious, service was outstanding and the venue is just beautiful . Ashley was phenomenal to work with in planning our event. She was extremely friendly, had great recommendations and always followed up immediately and made sure everything went according to plan. The entire staff is extremely professional and so friendly. Our guests are still raving about what a great party it was. Highly recommend!!!
