Chick-fil-a

Worst customer service ever. I ordered online and I asked one of their employees if they had a lane for online orders. She said that I could go inside and pick it up. However, I went inside and after waiting over 25mins I was told to get back in the drive-thru. The woman was so rude that she didn't even let me explain that I had been sent from one of their co-workers to come inside and pick up my order. This is by far the worst chic-fil-A I have been to. I wish I could give them no stars. Plus, they don't even greet you like they usually do at other chic-fil-As.

Worst location in ATL. Not exaggerating. No one working there is pleasant,there’s always something left off the order. The line will be long into the roundabout (b/c it’s at such an odd spot) and the employees will be sitting waiting. They’ll try to rush you to drive while they’re standing in the path. The food never tastes fresh,it’s also always cold or luke warm. The fries always seem to come from the bottom of the fryer,slightly burnt and in small pieces. They’ll allow you to order something then says it’s out and magically have it after they look.

This Chick-fil-A is nothing but consistent. Honestly the only establishment in Camp Creek that can boast that they are. Food is always piping hot and fresh, customer service is great. My orders are ALWAYS correct and ready quickly. Now that the dining room is open it is MUCH easier to pick up an order and the wait isn't long. Even through the pandemic, they did a wonderful job catering to the public and feeding us. Thank you guy!

This is the third location in Atlanta that’s needs to better with there service and quality of there food. First it’s the one on Cleveland Ave and then it’s the on Cascade now this location. Since the pandemic there prices has increased which is no coincidence everyone has increase there prices. BUT This location has gotten really bad when it comes to there food quality I came here and got breakfast and the chicken had a very burnt taste to it and also the biscuits was very tough. As a loyal customer who spends good money with this company you all should do better when it comes to food quality and presentation.

Had the chicken deluxe sandwich and my grandson had the nuggets. I also ordered the kale salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. My frozen lemonade was not a lemonade, but more like a vanilla milkshake. Would definitely visit again minus shake. Customer service was awesome, when I returned the shake the girl that rang me up pleasantly replaced with a regular lemonade.

This is the worst Chick-fil A location in the metro area. Poor customer service. The container for my large fry was basically half empty for 3rd time within the past few months. Third time too many! When I kindly explained the issue to the person in charge, he responded saying “where are the fries at the bottom of the bag?” He showed zero compassion but simply assumed that I wanted to take advantage and get a free meal. My initial order had other items. Those in my party decided to keep their meal while I decided I was accepting that. In the end, it was resolved very distastefully and unprofessionally. I will not be returning to this location. Camp creek ruins everything!

Just left the Camp Creek Chick-fil-la. I REALLY HATE GOING TO THIS LOCATON,🙄, the service is NEVER AS GOOD AS THE OTHER LOCATIONS in Georgia. MY order was wrong again, like the last time I was there. This time I asked for "freash fries, I was giving "well done fries" even after I told the person at the drive thru THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG AGAIN. When I got home all all of my dinner was cold and the fries were hard and bunt I tried calling the store 4 times NO ANSWER. "sigh" My dinner is ruined. I will they calling again tomorrow.
