I've been in the drive-thru a few times, and it's the quickest Zaxby's in the Midtown area. They haven't messed up my food at all. Customer service is nice. Just don't expect extremely fast service as the kitchen makes orders for drive-thru and delivery apps too.

Great experience, Naudia, who took my order, was super friendly. The food came out hot and quickly. Definitely some of the best fried chicken I've had while visiting Atlanta. Restaurant was relatively clean, but a bunch cramped with a lot of people. Great location with lots of parking

i loved the inside of the place from the signs to the options of drinks. the zaxbys sauce was amazing and the fries were delicious, was a long drive for us but definitely worth the treck. i got the signature chicken sandwich loved it to bites, not a long wait for our food either

The food was amazing & I'm not sure if it was because it was a lunch rush but it took about 15 almost 20 minutes to get a Big Zack snack and a small salad. The wait was the only thing that was downside but the food itself was amazing. I used to work at zaxby's as a 17-year-old so I do know that sometimes they do get backed up because it does take a while to make the food. Other than that the food was delicious.

This fried chicken was so freaking delicious. I'm a raising canes person but after trying zaxbys I may need to reconsider. The strips were so juicy and tender. Should have ordered more lol

Zaxbys is always a go to for fast food. The chicken tender are juicy and the sauces are good. Zaxville sauce is really good. The only complaint is sometimes Zaxbys fries are undercooked or old.

The only complaint is that the deliver times are a little off sometimes. If it is Friday at lunch, it is probably not best to block the drive around your restaurant. I get that things happen but this caused a huge cluster for a lot of people.
Overall food is good, just super high in calorie.
