Twisted Oak Restaurant

Alright let’s get started with this review! This hotel has potential of being a five and the help is definitely accommodating but it lacks direction. Everyone seems very over worked and despite that they are extremely polite. Logan went out of his way to make my stay amazing. He succeeded and I thank him for that. He truly is an employee that goes above and beyond. Justin I also interacted with and he was very helpful. The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays and all the help was working really hard. I would definitely stay again and hope that the management puts more staff in place moving forward. Thanks again Logan you are truly a great asset to this establishment.

For my original night the hotel was overbooked but the staff went out of their way to accommodate me and take care of me that night. I'd like to give the biggest appreciation and thanks I can to Miss Williams the AGM that was working that night. She personally shuttled me over to another hotel and her kindness made a tough situation much easier overall. I would return to stay at this hotel just for her. I also want to say that Micah at the front desk was wonderful and always had a friendly face and attitude.

Raquel H. was so amazing, so friendly and helpful. she catered to my every need!!!! Logan Williams, was also so so amazing. He made me feel right at home and took care of any and all of my concerns!!!! I knew I was in good hands with him!!!!! Logan and Raquel were by far the most accommodating, sweetest, and genuine persons on the Marriott Staff!!!! My experience was the best PRECISELY because of them!

I did not actually book a room here. The Association of Barbados held an event here. It is a beautiful facility to have an event. The bar area was very large. They had television screens throughout the bar area. Great place to watch the game. The decor was very inviting. All the staff were very courteous and helpful.

Great location. Right around the way from the mall, shopping centers, restaurants and other things. The front desk staff was friendly and the bartender (Charmaine *might be spelled wrong*) was awesome!!! I believe the hotel manager introduced herself as well but she also had a very pleasant personality. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed our two nights stay. The room was crisply clean. While I was pleased with that, I wish there was a way that didn't mean the noticeable scent of bleach. The shower was the best. Excellent water pressure and hot water consistency. The breakfast buffet available was reasonably priced for the spread. Eggs a touch on the runny side for my liking, but they tasted fine. Everything else was satisfactory, and everyone else in my party agreed. Parking is an added cost, so factor that in when you stay.

Visited this hotel on a work related trip. Lots of places to eat nearby, clean rooms, no complaints. Exceptional service from Jasmine, I don’t recall her last name but I know it started with a W. Brightened my mood on two occasions. Was well educated and had no issue answering all the questions I had. A Marriott staff full of Jasmine’s would make a lot of people happy. Thanks to Tonya for the great respect and assistance with my dry-cleaning, I’m thankful for her excitement to help me.

I enjoyed this hotel, very close to the Marta rail, shopping and food places. I walked everywhere as the area was safe. I appreciated Ms. Angie as tried her best to check me in early but couldn’t find an available room which was no problem , I just went to the mall in the meantime. I came back and she was able to get me in a room. She was so nice and accommodating. The front desk staff greeted each guest upon entry and they were ready to assist. Rooms were clean and shower was great . I would stay again especially with the great staff!
