Giving four stars out of five stars only because I could tell our curly fries were not newly cooked. But the freshness of the bun made up for it. I do not like sesame buns and asked for a different type of bun for our classic roast beef sandwich. It was WONDERFUL. And the peach lemonade was very tasty. Had I had some hot fries, it would have been a five-star rating. Excellent health score, by the way, too at this location. THANKS, Arby's on Hammond

This is my go to when I'm on or near Hammond Dr. The food was fresh and hot. My turnovers were fresh and not hard and the Jamoca shake was great!

I ordered fish sticks and they came out fresh and tasty. Cashier was nice. No complaints here.

A coworker and I went during our lunch break and also ordered food for others who weren’t with us. The manager who was working the register at the time could have easily let my coworkers pay full price for the food with separate orders. But he made the effort to tell us to combine the meals which saved us $4-5 on the food instead. It’s the little things that will make feel like they genuinely want to serve you but not rip you off at the same time. We rung the bell on our way out!

Inside definitely a little more consistent than drive thru. Please know before you go, this is a VERY challenging drive thru access through the Publix parking lot. You've got to really want Arby's. That said, park close and walk in, it's truly worth it and easier.
Inside service is quick and professional. Food was perfect, during busy lunch.
Ring the bell when you leave, that's a thing if you have great service.

Clean. Only 2 minor complaints.
1. If you get water in coke machine, run it for 5-10 seconds or you end up with residual syrup in your water. The older electronic coke dispenser machines separate the water so it doesn't dirty the water.
2. The "large" shake is much smaller than it used to be, it's equal to a 16oz cup.
But, semantics. Everything was clean, well made, and the staff were awesome as always! Ring the Bell 🔔 for the staff & their great service!
