Old Fourth Ward Edgewood Avenue Pizzeria

I am a frequent visitor at Edgewood Pizza. There’s not a time I haven’t visited my favorite pizza spot and wasn’t treated great. Easter the bartender and server is awesome. Her personality and customer service is amazing. I would advise anyone who’s in search of a great pizza spot, to go visit the one and only Edgewood Pizza and ask for Easter❤️🥰

Edgewood Pizzeria is one the local haunts of classic Edgewood! Regardless of the scene or the block's energy, it stands the tests of time with Great Pizza, Amazing Energy & Playful Essence from their Team, and Artwork that will have you in deep thinking for the entire slice of pizza assuming you got the King Slice! Don't get me started on the Mozzarella Sticks here either, they're an lighter alternative if you don't want pizza this time! I recommend the pizza topped with pineapple, sundried tomatoes, and feta cheese & a Buffalo & BBQ Drizzle!

It's fine honestly, the pizza and calzone me and my partner ordered was delicious. The only thing that keeps me from giving Edgewood a 5 star is the online ordering/waiting 15-20 minutes and lack of payment options when actually placing the order. Considering the location, basically at the corner of Boulevard and Edgewood Ave, you'd think your order would be immediately ready but we had to wait anywhere between 15-20 minutes while blocking a bike lane which I don't want to do, however parking is at a premium and fairly limited in the area. At any rate the food was solid and I would recommend it of you're enjoying the Edgewood bar scene.
