The taste of the food is really good and cheaper when compared with the competitors. Arby's shakes are really good. You must try it.

Fantastic customer service. I was unsure of what I wanted, and Sabrina was extremely helpful. She let me know what was new and what I should try! Man, it was delicious!

The shift manager made sure I was happy with my meal. Replaced my crinkle fries with curly fries because I said the curly was better. Great customer service!

Charyl was a very nice cashier(hope I spelled her name right), she’s in the photo with the faux locs. I also asked her about that area and she was very informative about the area! Very pleasant to speak with Food and fresh and restaurant was CLEAN!

Dropped in for lunch and ordered the Greek Gyro. Sandwich was great, staff was terrific. Even as the restaurant started to get busy with the lunch rush, never skipped a beat. Thanks!

I like this place the service on the other hand was all right to say the least the young lady behind the register was seemingly annoyed that I was asking for an order I know it was getting close to closing time and by that I mean I arrived around 8:00pm and they close at 10:00 pm. I would put down one star for service but the other lady making my food was very courteous and nice and apologize for the lady behind the register I told her thank you and while leaving the young lady behind the register was immediately back on her phone I didn't want to be rude I said have a good evening she really said... bye!!

So the menu is fast food so no 5 stars there. What stood out was the service. I had placed a simple order and was kept waiting while other complex orders from others got fulfilled. One of the ladies there noticed I had been waiting for a while and apologised for the delay. Completed my order and gave me an extra sweet as an apology 😌.

This was my first time here, being from NY I've always seen Arby's advertised but I've never eaten there. It was great, as usual the staff (here in Atl) were all polite and accommodating. The food was fresh and good. It's def a meat lover's paradise lol the meat is good. I had the chicken bacon Swiss, it was good. Def 2 meaty thumbs up. P. S. I was vegan for 9yrs
