The Finish Line

I stayed at the Hilton Atlanta Airport briefly for an early flight the next day. Unfortunately I did not get the opportunity to use many of the amenities, but the room was clean and comfortable and well equipped. "Happy" Allie checked me in at the desk and certainly made it a joyful experience. The hotel was convenient to the airport for an easy jaunt to the terminal.

Great experience with the staff!!! However when we picked up our car after long term parking, there was a very sketchy hooded dude walking around the lot looking in cars. We reported that, but still. ..not comfortable after leaving the car for 3 wks.... need better security. But hotel stay, food were excellent

The lobby is very well done with a nice bar and restaurant taking up most of the space. The service is a little slow, but the food quality isn't bad for a hotel restaurant. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. My room was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The bed was really comfortable, as the sheets were of a very good quality. Extra points to this hotel for eliminating their single use toiletries. My bathroom was equipped with large pump style toiletries for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I just wish Hilton went a little higher end on their shower heads. The one in this room was ok but you can tell the fixture is cheaply made. This hotel lists itself as a 4-star hotel on Google Maps. I would definitely agree that they live up to their billing. That's why I'm going to give them a full 5-star review.

We checked in on the Thanksgiving Day, Allie greeted us with a warm welcome. This was a trip with my mom and we received an upgrade to a suite by a surprise! The hotel was close enough to the airport runway, the view was prefect to watch planes taking-off and landing. This was our first Hilton stay at Atlanta and we had a wonderful time with them.

Nice hotel with a few rough edges. For starters, most hotels in the area have some sort of contract with Delta where 85% of rooms are dedicated to them. The downside there is that the hotel can bump you to another hotel without much notice. The rooms are slightly above average but I noticed some damaged furniture that made me think they don't pay as much attention to the details as they could. And there was some nasty looking trash still in the bathroom trash can that made me think twice about the cleanliness of the room. But overall it was a comfortable enough room for a few nights in Atlanta.

The staff is incredible, always attentive to your needs. The lobby is beautiful and a great place to hang out, either at the bar, the restaurant, or the surrounding seating areas. I've attended several events there, and the hotel staff did an outstanding job making sure everything went as planned and that everyone had a great time. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Cleanliness is something they take very seriously.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel for a three-day conference with my wife who uses a wheelchair. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. John, one of the employees at the hotel, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service he provided. Mr. John went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Despite my wife's mobility limitations, Mr. John consistently showed an unmatched level of kindness and compassion towards us. He offered assistance with luggage, called for transportation when needed, and made sure to check in on us to ensure our stay was going well. His attention to detail and genuine concern for our well-being truly made a difference in our stay at the hotel. Overall, I cannot recommend the Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel, especially Mr. John's services, enough. Next time I am in the area, I will undoubtedly stay there again and look forward to seeing Mr. John's friendly face. Thank you, Mr. John, for the unforgettable experience.

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I highly recommend the Hilton Atlanta Airport. I called and spoke with Derrick and he was very informative regarding the benefits l asked about and assured me the $25 parking fee would be waived and that I could request a room upgrade. Upon arrival Oct.13 the front desk informed of the room upgrade and she was very nice. When I opened the door and walked into room 1404, I was greeted with views of the city and the airport. This corner room was very quiet, had a huge 85 in tv, comfortable clean bed, and enormous marbled wall shower. I will definitely book this hotel again!! Jose Negron -Hilton Honors member

I parked my vehicle here at their airport parking lot. I was kind of hesitant since this was a hotel, but my car was safe and my experience was pleasant. I made it to the airport with time to spare even though I had an early morning flight. They have a shuttle for transit to the terminals. Upon my return, my pick up took a little longer than I might have wanted, but I may have just missed the shuttle when I got to the shuttle pick up location, so I couldn't complain about that part. Pricing is awesome, especially if you try some of the discount websites that offer specials.
