This is a nice new building. It feels very upscale. The drive thru is very unique but it works. The inside service is fast and friendly.

Fast friendly service. My order was correct, and YES, they provided straws with my drinks. HOWEVER, be very very careful in drive thru lanes. Apparently the entrance to Chick-fil-A requires patrons to walk in front of both drive thru lanes. This pediatrician path is NOT clearly visible or marked. I witnessed 3 people almost get hit while I was in line waiting for food. Whoever designed this should maybe consider rethinking it. It truly is an accident waiting to happen because most drivers are on their phone and NOT paying attention to people just walking around their car in a car thru lane for food. Again as always, just my 2 cents.

Great customer service from Ryan! He politely took my order and soon after brought my food to my table. It was Friday night and I was headed to a nearby stadium and needed directions. He offered his assistance when I was done with my meal. By that time it started to rain! But sweet Ryan walked with me to my car and pointed me in the right direction, in the rain! Thanks Ryan! Made it safely. Keep that sweet spirit!

Food was awesome I just said the wrong chicken sandwich and I wanted a spicy chicken deluxe with the tomato, lettuce and awesome sauce. The spicy sandwich is just too dry with that one pickle but overall my lil one and I was happy with the service and food. Drive thru was very busy around 6 which is normal for any of the locations during that time.

Whoever was on fries on 9/20/23 at roughly 11:55am is a god. These are the best darn fries I've ever had. Perfectly salted, I think I believe in god now they were so good.

I like this place for several reasons. First reason is because this place is well cleaned and very nice on both the inside and the outside. Next reason is because my food is well served and sometimes it takes them a while to serve my food but they also make fresh and well cooked food. An other reason why Its amazing is because their food is delicious. It is a great place to get fast food or to eat in but overall I give this place 4 stars.

This is the best chic fil a by far. I have eaten at the one in Decatur because its closer to my job, but this one has given me the best chicken strips and fries. The french fries were so fresh hot and had the right amount of salt. The chicken tenders had to be fresh out of the fryer. I enjoyed my food. And this was in the evening time. So not sure how often they drop food in the fryer but I was very pleased with my order

I haven't had a bad experience at this location! The service is good and the food is fresh. The Cobb salad is my favorite.

We happen to be near by at a fencing school for our son when we needed to go to Chick-fil-A. We love this spot on Buford highway because it's so clean and well organized and the staff are so friendly. There's plenty of parking but it gets very busy.
