Papa Johns Pizza

October 2023. This location has a A-Star Team! Not once have my new friends at this Papa John’s have let me down! I became a regular and the top tier customer service is worth noting. Please tip extra special to this crew when ordering. I guarantee you will love your hot Pizza! It’s hard to find a good pizza joint, this is it.

This is a really outstanding Papa John's location. They're conveniently off-of Roswell Road, near the Publix, towards the far end of the strip mall. The restaurant area is not large enough to dine in, mainly meant for a quick pick-up or delivery services. I've ordered from the particular location roughly a dozen times now and have always received good, well-prepared pizzas. Delivery service is quick and nice. On my last order from here, I opted to carry-out myself and received two plain cheese pizzas and not the one plain, one black olives I had ordered. The manager noticed this before I did and provided me with the black olive pizza and allowed me to keep the third pizza. Not a huge deal, but definitely a sign of good customer service and increases satisfaction. Will definitely continue ordering from this location.

I really like PaPa Johns pizza. It's on the pricey side if you order delivery but the ingredients are on point. My favorite is their red sauce and their jalepenos. Unfortunately, it's not always delivered hot. I can forgive this because I'm five miles away. (the one closest to me does not deliver) Fortunately, their pizza is good at almost any temperature. (the true test of good pizza, IMO). Tonight, however, it was colder than usual so I let the delivery person know. He said if I called the store, they would send another. I chose to call but had no interest in another pizza. So, the manager refunded my money. No questions asked. What more could you ask for? If your not picky about temperature, I highly recommend them. It's great the next day too!
