I WORKED AT SUBWAY !! & let me tell you all the owners were nothing but kind & patient. Out of the 5 years i worked there not once was i ever scolded & of course i had made many mistakes. My mother worked there as well, her name is Karina (: It was bittersweet saying goodbye because she tells me everyday how much she misses her coworkers & customers (who she considers friends of course), and that she feels bad she couldn’t say goodbye to some. If you’re one of Karina’s customers reading this you should know she is very thankful for all the tips you gave her, but most importantly she is thankful for taking the time to have conversations with her as this made her shift a little more easier (: There were many customers that made working at subway difficult but she was very happy to get up & go to work everyday knowing she’d lighten up peoples day with a good lunch!! Because of course she was the best sandwich maker (: if you know you know!! Also I really can’t understand why people are still reviewing this place a 1 star, like it’s already closed you can’t close it down twice lmaoooo

Just went here to get a sandwich. Hours on the door say open at 8 a.m. but apparently here it is after 9 a.m. and the door is locked. The employee tried hard not to look up at me as she is currently at this time just putting the sandwich ingredients setup out. When I did finally get her attention she just waved me off shaking her head NO. So I point to the hours of Open/Close on the door she yet again shakes her head NO at me waving (shoo-in) me away from the door. Pretty much letting me know she's not opening the store at this time. But open hour says 8 a.m. Smh

The moment I walked in the Hispanic lady was Stuffing her mouth with food and just kept looking at me very awkwardly, making it very uncomfortable for me. The other worker who seem like her son who is way too young to even be working there is who assisted me. I ordered a foot long and I wanted it toasted, he told me that they could not do so - which confuses me as I always order the very same thing each time and they most definitely toast my sandwich. So one the older Mandy was done eating finally!! She tells the little kid that I can toast it. Duh! She walks away and just continue to Stare at me. Can corporate please get involved with this location!!!

The restaurant was dirty. I noticed in the condiment trays were very dirty and cross contamination of ingredients (mayo in tomatoes and lettuce). I continued to order my sandwich through the rude employee Payal who told me she was the manager. I asked for the franchise owner who she said was Jay. When I called today and asked for Jay they said he doesn't work any longer his wife Payal was now the contact. This is disgusting compounded with her racial comments about a previous customer that walked out I will never do business at this subway again. Not to mention my sandwich had no toppings due to my allergy sensitivity.

Went in today at 5:15 pm. I ordered a spinach turkey wrap and asked for the turkey to be toasted. She said that she could microwave it, I said I wanted it toasted. She the replied, its the same thing. The she proceeds to put bacon on my turkey wrap, I said I didnt ask for bacon. She took it of my sandwich, then I told her that I dont eat bacon. She proceeds to tell me that it didnt matter because the use the same gloves to touch all the meat. I just decided not to eat there, so I left. Tips: if you know someone doesn’t eat a certain meat or cant it cross contaminate their meat, just change gloves. Dont use the same gloves and say “thats what we do”.
